Suri simply goes back to unloading her stolen jewels. Naturally a part of her isn't looking forward to dealing with a dirty diaper, but Rarity's humiliation is too sweet for her to handle.

As soon as Suri leaves, Rarity felt it about to come out. Her eyes shrunk even more. She sat as tightly in her seat as possible, hoping that the counter-pressure of the seat could prevent it from coming out.

Eventually, Suri finishes loading her chest and pulls it out of the room setting it aside with some other luggage, of course with an extra secure lock. Then she trots back in the room, confident that Rarity won't be able to hold back much more.

In seconds, the pressure was too great. Despite the counter pressure of the seat, her load started shooting out full force. Rarity is blushing in shame by what she is doing. Even worse, it feels gross. She cannot even stand up to get out of it.

"Oh poor little filly," Suri coos as the room fills with the smell of Rarity's mess. "Don't worry, we'll get you all clean." With that suri walks behind Rarity and unties her from the chair. After another moment of adjusting her bonds, she starts leading the unicorn, still gagged and with her front legs still bound together behind her back towards a changing table. "Upsy Dasisy," she says, and with a slight grunt hoists Rarity onto it and straps her down. "Now we can get you all clean, and I can tell you about your new surprise."

Rarity blushed harder and glared at Suri. She is really humiliated.

"So Rarity," Suri says as she gathers the changing supplies. "I know originally I was jut gonna leave you here to get loose or wait for the guards to find. But I've reconsidered. After all, why leave you here to just tell everypony it was me stealing all those jewels and to be honest I think I'm starting to like caring for you. So surprise Rarity, Auntie Suri's gonna adopt you! From now on just call me Mommy Suri!" She says with a grin as she holds up a clean diaper.

"What? Mommy!? You are not my mother, you sick beast!" Rarity said in shock.

[theJozza]

"Such language," Suri says, frowning at Rarity shaking her gag loose, but she doesn't go to replace it.. "Better get you clean before you get even crankier." With that Suri untapes Rarity's diaper and starts wiping her clean. "Oh such a stinky filly. No wonder you're being so rude to mommy."
