I'll add more to this as I find them, make them, or finish sorting them. You can use these as avatars, emoticons, blinkies or whatever you want. Some of these are formatted for use on a white background only. Here's a little sample:

The ones I make, to animate them, I use Animation Shop version 2 (the really old one), which comes bundled with Paint Shop Pro 6 (from 1999), which is also my graphic editor of choice. Mostly I like it for the interface, which is really intuitive and user friendly...most of the new versions are kind of clunky and bloated, mostly because they started ripping off the crappy interface of Adobe's Photoshop. I sometimes use the latest versions for some things (mostly batch processing), but normally I use the classic version if I can.

Most of the ones I make are constructed from existing sprite material, which comes from video games, icon collections, computer games, cell phone games, etc.

Interestingly enough, a lot of those are actually from Japanese sites.

I have this program called Web Reaper that I basically just let loose and run amok, it basically goes through an entire website and harvests off any available image data that can be accessed. I then cherry pick through all that image data, keep what's really good/neat, dump the rest, and then categorize and organize it out into a very massive construct I call "The Data Archive".

A lot of it is still largely only half sorted. The unsorted emoticons folder alone has nearly FOUR THOUSAND images in it...and none of them are duplicates (I have another program that dumps duplicate images).

I honestly don't know the original sources for any of these, basically I just find a site that looks like it might have some good stuff and then I reap all the material off of it and it usually doesn't even get partially sorted until like 2 or 3 months later.

Everything that's been put up here is hosted on my own server, so it's not going anywhere, I don't use image hosting sites or anything like that.

I hope he's not gone for good, he was like the only other decent spriter in this community other than me...and admittedly his stuff is even better than mine I think (although there's a lot less of it). I believe Carotte made a good looking diaper sprite a little while back...and that's pretty much it. The diaper sprites in Baboon's game "Lisa And Friends - Well Intended Regressive Misunderstandings" are okay, but they're based on RPG Maker 2000 sprite models, so they might as well be practically nonexistant given the size.

Not sure why there's not more spriters in this community, it's not like there's a shortage of base material to work off of and I think it's even easier than traditional drawing, but maybe that's just me. *shrugs*

I created a diaper icon using one of Mr. Nightstone's icons and an icon from Maple Story. Basically flipped it upside down and mirrored it, then placed it under the existing diaper, color matched it, then manually fixed up a few things and VIOLA!

See how easy this stuff is?
