diaper covers

i wanna know why do the girls and boys in diaper manga or fanfics and drawings wear a cloth diaper cover ontop of the real diaper if anyone know tell me

I'm not sure either.. I rather prefer the picture of a plain, white diaper. But some people prefer their diapers covered with pictures of designs. I hear it's popular in Japan to do that, which may be why it's in a lot of manga, or drawings being inspired by that.

well with the Japanese cloth diapers it was the cover that made the diaper as the cloths were just layed and wrapped around the person and no pins were used i think with the disposables as was all ways a tradition you use that kind of cover for them they just tended use them over disposables too.
