Name: Mika Hakumei aka The Twilight Alchemist

Alchemy: high level flame alchemy, she however uses a different and unknown technique from Roy Mustangs Ignition cloth alchemy. Two unique traits of Mika's alchemy is her flames black/blue ish color and her ability to have it behave like a solid at times.

Personality: Mika is a loner. Due to her lack of a family and loss of her brother she chooses to be more a part of the background then dealing with others. She loves to read and will always have a book on her.
History: Mika is totally on her own. Her father died after being drafted into the Army and her mother died giving birth to her little brother. Mika raised her brother by herself and supported them with self taught alchemy. One winter her brother got sick, he never made it through the winter. Mika started pouring over any books she could get her hands on for human transmutation. She wanted to try to use alchemy to cure the disease out of him. There had to be a way, she knew it was forbidden, but that was only for bringing people back from the dead right? She just wanted to heal her brother... It was really bad one night and Mika finally decided that it was now or never. The rebound was harsh, it took her right arm, left leg, and right leg from the knee down, along with her brother. Mika was found and bandaged by a neighbor. She lived a year in silence after the incident, doing nothing but reading. Finally, one day she was given a low end set of automail as a gift and once she learned how to walk again, left town. She had no family left and with the loss of her brother decided to take out her pain on the ones who took her father from the family, if dad was around none of this would have happened, it was all the Army's fault.
After a while she got on the Amestrian Military's radar in a bad way and they wanted her dealt with. Finally captured while trying to attack East City Command she was saved by her alchemic talents and given a choice. Life in Jail or become a State Alchemist... She took the better option and after being tested was given her title. The Twilight Alchemist, she was going to bide her time and make them pay one way or another.
