With her boss' crotch now wiped clean, she raised the older woman's legs by the ankles and made sure to thoroughly wipe down the woman's cheeks and crack. "I'll do everything you tell me ma'am. Just give me an idea of what you'd want done by the time you get back, and it'll be ready when you need it." Sarah said with confidence, glad Diane's thighs blocked any view of her nervous face. So much responsibility so soon?! Pulling out the soaked diaper she immediately placed the fresh one beneath her boss' tush and lowered her onto it. Next came the baby powder which she sprinkled liberally before rubbing it in.

Sandra looked over Karen with a scrupulous glance, glad to see that while anxious she didn't seem dishonest. "That's all very nice. Next question, do you know anyone in the AB scene? This column caters to that growing demographic and, as you can see, I have a penchant for it myself. If you know nothing, it'll be difficult but we can work with that. If you have anything against it, however, then this might not be an appropriate position for you."

"Oh I don't need much just have everything ready for me to review the magazine before it gets published by the time I get back" Diana told Sarah as she kept watching to make sure her assistant was doing a good job with the diaper change. The truth was that there was a lot of work to do with making sure the magazine was ready for the editor to review and then published. Diana was certain that Sarah could handle all of it just fine. "Well um I've heard about AB's and even read quite a few stories and articles about them. I haven't really tried it too much myself but I have a few baby things that I try every once in awhile. In my opinion there is nothing wrong with it and I have nothing against it" Karen told Sandra as she tried hard not to offend her new boss. The truth was that she enjoyed the AB scene much more than she would admit and was always reading a new story. Karen tried to keep it a secret although her roommate had caught her on the sites more than once.

"Ok. If you could just help me make a checklist and give me a call sheet for who to check in with, I'm sure I'll be of use." Sarah replied confidently, pulling up the diaper's front panel before taping it closed. Checking for any possible leaks she gave the padded front a light pat and said "You should be good to go Ms. Deritty. Do you need help with your skirt?"

"That's good to hear!" Sandra replied, perking up at this new information. Maybe she'd finally found a like minded assistant. "Ok so here are the new rules, ok? They're easy and just make me a lot more comfortable, so deal with them. First, is nothing covers your diapers while in my office. I hate having to hide my diapers and prefer it when others join me in keeping them out, at least if they're going to be around me for a while. Second, is I want a newly found AB story in my inbox every Friday. I am always on the lookout for new stories to review and finding them will be one of your duties. Last, I may ask you to lie for me and I expect loyalty in those matters. Understood?"

"Good job with the diaper change and I think I can manage putting my skirt back on. As for the checklist of what you need to do while I'm gone I can handle that. For the moment you can go relax or do whatever you want and I will call you back in when I'm done" Diana told Sarah as she admired the job her new assistant had done. She quickly began to put her skirt back on as she made a list in her mind of everything her assistant would need to do. Diana was sure that Sarah would be able to handle the task even though it was a lot of work. "Uh wait you want me to lie for you ?" Karen asked Sandra as she was a little uncomfortable with the fact that she was expected to lie. She wasn't sure how she would deal with wearing only a diaper around her new boss as the only time she ever walked around in just her diaper was when she was in her apartment. Karen would probably report Sandra to Diana if she tried to get her to lie about company business or other stuff like that.

Sarah packed up the supplies as she listened carefully to her new boss. If Diane was this confident in her, she might as well be. Walking around to the open drawershe began to tidily place the changing pad, wipes, and powder in their respective spots. "Yes ma'am, thank you. Umm, if I may, where should I..." the young woman started as she held up the tightly wrapped used diaper, until remembering the diaper genie under her desk, "Never mind ma'am." With that she turned and left the office.

"Yes! My fan letters and online comments can ask very personal and revealing questions. Your job is to manage them, including little white lies that keep my reputation from being dragged through the mud. Otherwise, when the time comes, I might ask you to skew a few details during interviews and the such. Is that going to be a problem?" Sandra asked, the dangling pacifier and soggy diaper counteracting her serious tone in a rather humorous image.

Diana sighed as she checked the job on the diaper change Sarah had given her still impressed with it. She was glad her new assistant was turning out to be a good choice as she started on the list. If everything went the way she wanted with Lucy and her adorable clothes she might return a few days earlier. Diana kept making the list being careful so she wouldn't miss everything and got all the details right.

"No that won't be a problem. Uh will I be in charge of changing your diapers or will you be using the bathrooms with changing attendants ?" Karen asked Sandra as she decided she would just tell Diana if the lies got to be too much. She was struggling not to laugh at her new boss but couldn't resist cracking a smile as the childish pacifier and soaking wet diaper made it very hard for her to see her as threatening for the moment. She hoped the woman was telling the truth about the lies not being anything major as she didn't want to get fired from the magazine or be demoted even lower. Karen waited for Sandra to give her an answer as it was getting harder every minute not to laugh at the woman.

Sarah walked out of the office with her boss' rolled up diaper held behind her back so no one passing by might see, closed the door behind her, and hurried to her desk. Bending down she dropped the wet diaper into the genie, marveling at how much better the new model was than the one back home, and sat down in her chair. So far so good! Looking around she idly watched people bustling about, but quickly re-focused herself and started going over the papers that sat waiting for her on the desk. They listed her responsibilities as well as gave instructions on what to do in specific scenarios. "Wow! Ms. Diana sure has everything figured out." she thought allowed.

"Yes you will!" Sandra chirped, immediately brightening at the suggestion. "I have been using the attendants since my last assistant left, but I despise the lines and all that. Besides, they rush the changes and, I'm sorry, but I refuse to be told I need to hurry along." she explained, crossing her legs Indian-style in her chair. Pointing to what looked like a children's toy chest she said "Everything for changes is in there. So why don't you grab stuff and we'll try you out!"

Diana kept thinking of stuff to add to the list Sarah would need to do while she was gone on her trip. Among other things she expected her new assistant to do twice daily department check-ins and end of day email reports so she knew everything was alright. She knew trusting her duties to someone new was a little risky but she couldn't pass up the chance to start a new line of fashion. It wasn't like her empire of fashion was going to come crashing down if she left for a few days Diana assured herself.

Karen went over to the toy chest and opened it up hoping Sandra's diapers and changing supplies weren't hidden under some stuff. She couldn't help but be reminded of her babysitting days with all the baby stuff around the room. As much as she enjoyed babysitting she wouldn't be happy if she ended up having to watch over her boss and make sure she did her work to avoid getting both of them in trouble. Karen hadn't used her diaper in a little bit and was going in it now as she got the necessary changing supplies out of the toy chest.

Sarah was at her desk taking the time to look through all of the programs and files the spreadsheet had suggested she use daily, checking out the older examples that had been saved. While it was a lot all at once, Sarah felt like she had a good handle on what was needed of her, and so she started to fill out mock reports until she was given something real. As such she didn't notice the dark haired girl standing on the other side of the monitor, tall and pleasantly plump, who got her attention by lightly slapping the desk's edge with the papers she held.

"H-Hi!" Sarah started, looking up with an anxious smile.

"Hi new girl." the girl replied, seemingly cold, before a sweet grin broke out. "I'm Hannah from the Advice slash Zodiac section."


Sandra popped the pacifier in her mouth and playfully chewed on it as she watched Karen. "Don't forget to close all the blinds. I get shy!" she added, slipping into a babyish tone.
