He would make for an adorable young girl, even as a boy... She thought to herself, smiling as Miyako yawned. He's had a long day, after all; Somehow, he'd managed to drag himself to an close distance over here, where the monk had found him here. She wondered if this was all an orchestration by some god above, but, with that mark on his back, perhaps... but for what reason?

"Shh... you've done well, you can sleep now." She whispered into her ears, humming an small, childhood tune that she seldom remembered, but now knew it crystal clear.

The comforting mixture of her holding him, a full stomach, general exhaustion, and the maidens lullaby allows the child now known as Miyako to drift away. Maybe, to a better world. If for only just for a few hours while she must leave his side. His breathing settles as he seems to now be settled.

With the boy settled, gently asleep, she covered him up with an small blanket and laid him on an clean tatami mat. At least, this will allow her to get some things done around the shrine before he wakes once again. She stared at the sky, almost as if she was waiting for something.

Miyako slept, but sleep was not easy. Through his dreams he saw many things. Beatings, death, fires, dark shadows chasing and looming over him. It scared him quite a bit. The only thing that saved him from these startling visions was waking up to his bowels ready to move. He woke up, but kept his eyes closed as his face goes read and a smell starts to arise from the room.

Kiyomi returned back to check up on the boy, and noticing he was awake, placed her ceremonial equipment away and approached him with an smile - though, as she got closer, an certain foul scent pierced the air... and her nose. Her eyes widened as she realized the source of the smell, and how embarrassed Miyako looked. "H-Hey..." She began, unsure on how to approach the boy and deal with his mess. She tried to get an insight into what happened, "Could you not hold it? Or did you not feel it at all...?"

The wetting accident earlier. Easily explainable. He was hurt, just brought in, he did not have much consciousness. However, this time it was something much easier to feel coming, and he has a look like he doesn't really understand what he did, or sees nothing wrong with it. Which means he likely won't alert her in the future about his needs.

Perhaps he was injured, or suffering from sort of traumatic experience? Any of those were possible, though, it wasn't the directly what she was going to have to deal with... She hastily said to the boy, "Ah, um, maybe you'll be better after an wash?" before going off, trying to get some water to get him clean.

It was evident that he couldn't exactly hold either of her bathroom needs too well... perhaps there's something left in those storage rooms, she thought.

He layed there and she'd a tear. Not because of the mess, but because he seems to have upset her, and he fears she has run off and left him there. He has fears that no child should fear. He as marks that no child should bare. Something happened to Miyako, something alarming.

Finishing preparing the bath, she returned back into the room, where the smell had arguably gotten even worse. She slid open the sliding doors of the room, hoping to alleviate some of the smell from the room. "It's... It's okay!" She quickly comforted him, holding him into her embrace tightly while avoiding the parts that he had soiled. "Its not your fault, okay? Don't cry!"

She started undressing him down, down to the mess-filled garments, which she left in a pile - she'll throw those things away later in the trees. Leading him towards the makeshift bath she had set-up, she began cleaning him up with some water. Some of the water she had pre-heated earlier.

He sat in the basin, held up against the large buckets walls. Miyako slowly settled upon her return, and felt safe again when she placed him in the warm water. It did feel strange against his cuts and bruises, but once he was settled in, he had a little mystified look on his face. It looked like that of a toddler experiencing something new.
