Dorm of Dirty Diapers, Take Three (Possible Neverending RP, PM to join)

A wonderful college sits on the outskirts of a small New Jersey town. It's a quiet and lovely school, where the students are respectful to each other, the teachers are understanding (well, most of them anyways...), and the dorms are beautiful. There's a space by the football field that could use a little touching up, though; it's all mud and no lush green grass.

Now, one dorm on the campus has been claimed by a group of people who share a love for diapers. This RP follows their wacky and messy adventures as they work their way through school, one dirty diaper change at a time.

Rules:
1: Please have an original character. If you can't come up with one at all, then I will allow you to use a non-original character (i.e. cartoon characters, anime characters, game characters, etc.).

Brief Description: Neo was born in Russia to a powerful dictator who wanted to rule the world. Neo was endowed with power passed to him by his ancestors that let him bend his energy to his will, using it by means to attack, means to defend, and means to help. When his dad killed his mom, he went crazy and destroyed the entire city he once called home. He now travels around the globe freely. He has just recently decided to go back to school, so he's settled down at a boarding school in New Jersey for some smarts.

Name: Draconiam (Draco) Stalingrad

Brief Description: Neo's big brother (Draco has no clue that he has any family left, he thinks they died when his home city was destroyed) who was shipped off to Germany before Neo was born. After spending 4 years of his life working for the secret German military he decided he'd had enough and disappeared off the face of the earth for a while. He was rumored to be seen near what used to be his home in Russia, but the rumor was unconfirmed. Draco finally decided to get a new life in the beautiful U.S.A., but was told he had to go to school before he could do any thing else. Now with a new life in America he decides to go to a quiet school in Jersey; Draco has only one style of fighting which is dual swords. Draco wears black leather dusters, black pants, and black shirts (shirts always have depressing images on them)

Appearence: Jani wears black jeans with rips and tears on the legs, Black band shirts (Mostly Black Sabbath and Slayer shirts), combat boots, black leather fingerless gloves, and a black leather trenchcoat with a Heartagram on the back.
Powers: Fireballs, energy balls, Telekynessis,
Bio: Jani, who was born to a rich family is a rare half-breed of both demon and vampier blood inside of him. Because of this his family was forced to give him up after he was born. When he turned 15, he made his way to America to try and have a normal life that he couldn't have in Russia. (Where he was raised after being sent there from London.) Shortly after he arrived he decided to travel the country before decideing to stay in New Jersey. When he heard about the school there he decided to enroll himself. He's a somewhat shy person since he never talked to a lot of people but he will stand up for someone if they are in trouble or if they happen to need help with something. Jani has a slight Russian accent but its not too noticable if you don't really pay attention.
Diapers: Due to an injury he got as a kid he's become Incontent and has to wear diapers 24/7. He wears disposable diapers.

Draco comes flying down the road to the college in his 1970 Dodge Charger R/T "Hope no one see's me going this fast." He mumbles to himself as he notices that the car is going 250 mph

Neo walks down the street towards the college campus, his 4-dimensional drawstring bag flung over his shoulder. This would be his second year at the college, and he already knew he was getting his old dorm back. After all, he was the only one in the school who wore diapers, so nobody really wanted to be around his living area.

Name: Ciel Avalon Chevalier
Age: 18
Species/Race: Half-Elven Neko (No Tail)
Brief Description: Coloured Picture || Sketches || Ciel is the son of a Neko-Jin mother and a Moonshadow Elven father, which has resulted in him being a Neko-Jin while also an Half-Elf. Ciel is unique in that he has the ability to manipulate the magical and spiritual energy known as mana, allowing him to cast magic, however he uses special rings which tune his mana to those elements in order for him to cast elemental magic. Personality wise, he is a bit of a naive kid, and is a pretty effeminate boy, often wearing feminine-like clothes. Normally, he is quite feminine in figure, making him have a girlish appearance to him, causing many people to confuse him for a girl. However, went he lost his parents about 2 years ago, he lost control of his powers and generated an immense anti-magic zone around his hometown. He also graduated from high school at the age of 17, and is of French and Scottish descent, but was born in Australia, however moved to America.
Diapers: Commonly wears disposables. More or less incontinent due to prolonged mana exposure due to his powers, which has caused damage to his body, one of which was to his bladder and bowels.

Ciel drove along the roads to the college, heading for his dorm's parking lot. His vehicle? A 2001 Subaru Liberty, a pretty modest car for someone, but this one had been customised to have a 6-speed gearbox and transmission. He arrived at the parking lot, carefully parking his car, trying not to hit anything. Once he parked, he got out of his car, grabbing his bags. "I guess... that this is college, I hope it isn't too bad. But then again, if it is anything like High School, its going to be worse..." the young Half-Elven Neko-Jin said, possessing an accent that was a mixture of French and Scottish. The Australian-born walked towards the doors of his new dorm and tried to open the doors, wanting to see if it was locked or not.

Jani jumped off the back of a truck and waved to the driver. "Thanks again." He sighed as he walked down the path to the school. The eighteen year old half breed didn't have a license in America, since he thought it was different then Russia. As he stared at the school he sighed again. "Maybe this will be the normal life I've been hoping for." He looked around before he started running to the dorms.

Neo made his way onto the campus, wasting no time making his way towards his dorm house. He made sure to receive all his classes and whatnot early, so he could take his time settling in. As he made his way down the row of Dorm houses, he saw his down towards the end; A victorian 3-story Home, the siding done in a deep forest green, complimented by the maple wood trimming and solid white door.

...speaking of the door, he saw someone standing there trying the doorknob. 'Hm, maybe the school's put some people into my dorm this year,' He thought. Of course, since he was the only one who had the dorm last year, he made sure to lock it.
