The Echidna Bonding Ritual (Redux)
So I started an rp called The Echidna Bonding Ritual a while back that I really liked, but my partner in it bailed and I really want to take another crack at it with someone who can be committed to playing the part of Locke as Knuckles' caretaker. (But there will also be a spot for you to play a submissive role for me to baby as well a little later on if you want ) Also if you don't know Locke's character, that's fine. All you really need to know is that he's a stern but caring father figure at his core.
What I'm looking for is someone who likes this idea and wants to do it with a decent effort. Replies don't have to be super long, but detail and character intent is important. Diapering and diaper changes shouldn't be a rushed job either.
The rp is set in the Archie universe of Sonic and the premise is as follows.
Up on Angel Island the inhabitants in the city of Echidnaopolis have a special tradition/ritual they practice with their unruly sons and daughters. It's a ritual that's kind of going out of style but still accepted by most. The idea of it is for parents to step in and try to correct bad behavior by enforcing a period of time in which they effectively re-raise their teenage offspring. The ritual period can last anywhere from two to six months or even a full year. It can be strict at times with spankings and other punishments, but it also involves loving and caring at the bottom line. And like I said, it's pretty accepted in the city so there are fully stocked teen baby shops and even teen daycare centers and it's not too uncommon to see diaper clad teens being pushed around in strollers. Some citizens who aren't even a part of the ritual do their part to help parents by going up and baby talking those who are undergoing the ritual.
My idea for the rp involving this is for Knuckles to get into trouble with the head council of the city who notice his tactics and issues with anger are making him into more of a brat than a guardian. They inform his father Locke that his son's risky behavior leaves them no choice but to suspend his guardianship until they can trust that he's become truly mature enough to be a guardian again. The bonding ritual is suggested and Locke is more of a traditional type so he's more than happy to put Knuckles through it. He also likes the idea because he wasn't around to raise Knuckles when he was an actual baby and this gives him the opportunity to do so.
Knuckles on the other hand is far from traditional and knows that the surface world of Mobius and all his friends think the tradition of the bonding ritual is too far out there and weird, so he wants no part of it. He is defiant against his father but his father is adamant in breaking his bad behavior and getting him to accept his long but temporary role as a teen baby under his care to be re-raised.
That's the premise of it and I hope to find someone interested.
