As soon as Bulma recognized Chichi, she felt a burst of excitement and squealed out in delight "Chichi!!!" and struggled slightly trying to reach out and hug the girl, her diaper crinkling as she did.

ReiRei stood at slightly taller than average at the height of five foot six inches tall and was wearing a while blouse, black leggings, a red skirt and a par of flats, she chukled at Bulma's actions and said "It seems like our little ones are excited to see each other huh Biki?". As she said this she motioned for the two, to follow her over to a row of benches that were less crowded so that they could talk and understand each other more clearly. As soon as they reached their destination she sat down with chichi in her lap and removed her baby's pacifier so that she could be clearly understood.

Biki smiled. " Well you know how babies are. So how was your day so far? " she asked as she bounced Bulma a bit before taking a seat. Soon enough ChiChi tried scooting over to Bulma. " i wanna pway mommy! can we go to the play house? " ChiChi asked. Bulma picked up on ChiChi's lips and speach proving that she was at a younger stage of devlopment the Bulma herself was. It made Bulma wonder how people aged and devloped in this world. As ChiChi begged to be aloud to go play Bulma's nose was hit with a familar smell that reminded her all to well of her last diaper change and of when Trunks was little. ChiChi of coursedidn't seem to care about the mess in her diaper as she asked a third time if she and Bulma cold go play. It was clear that ChiChi was a talkitive needy girl.

Bulma reached out and hugged Chichi tightly, which wasn't very tight at all because she was still weak, and chirped excitedly "Chichi, it's so good to see you, it's been such a long time". Bulma's eyes lit up at the thought of some play time with her friend and started begging right along with Chichi "Can me and Chichi go play mommy? Please, please, please!" Bulma wrinkled her nose when sh smelled the dirty diaper but, refrained from saying anything to spare her friends feelings. Just as Bulma had made the decision not to say anything, the formula that she had been fed earlier kicked in and, before she could catch herself, she flooded her diaper.

ReiRei smiled at Biki's question and responed in kind "my day has been pretty good so far, this little lady woke up this morning with a very wet diaper but, we fixed that quickly and then had some breakfast. I was just getting her dressed when I noticed that we were almost out of diapers and I needed to pick up a few other things as well". It didn't take long for ReiRei to smell her daughters messy diaper and hear her questions, so she gave her daughter a small smile and replaced her pacifier to interrupt her episode of word vomit and said with a chuckle "calm down sweetie, you and Bulma can go play in a moment but first, let's get you changed, you little stinker". ReiRei then picked her daughter up and headed towards the bathroom but, before she headed off she said "Hey Biki you wanna come with, and then after I get her clean we can drop these two off to the play room and then the two of us can get some shopping done?".

Biki smiled when she saw the look on Bulma's face. " sure thing ReiRei. I think My little Bloomer needs soem fesh pants as well. ' she giggled as she lifted Bulma up and patted her wet tush. Soon enough the four of them where in the bathroom. " You tow go first since she's in a bigger need of a change. " Biki stated as she snuggled with Bulma as they watched ReiRei tend to her messy baby girl. ChiChi was quick to whine once she was laid down. " But I wanna go pway! " she said not careing about her diapers situtaon even though she was prown to rashes. " Think you can keep ChiChi safe while your both playing? " Biki asked with a smile.

Bulma blushed heavily as she felt her wet diaper and heard her mommy mention it to ReiRei and Chichi. When her mommy picked her up and snuggled her, Bulma hugged her back and buried her head into her mommy's chest, trying to draw as much comfort as she could from the woman. As they snuggled together Bulma marvelled at the fact that she felt so at peace being held by this woman but, she looked at her mommy upon hearing her question and responded with "I'll give it my best shot mommy". After saying her peice she went back to snuggling into her mommy's chest and hope that her friend would be done soon because this wet diaper was getting slight uncomfortable.

ReiRei quickly got the changing are ready, she placed her daughter on the table and grabbed a fresh diaper as well as baby powder, wipes, and lotion. she then pushed her daughters dress up and out of the way and undid the dirty diaper to begin the task of cleaning her daughter up. She first wiped up the front and in between her legs, then she lifted her ankles and pulled the dirty diaper out from under her daughter and began wiped away the mess from her bottom. Once chichi was clean all over, her mommy spread out a new diaper, put lotion and powder all overher diaper area and taped her diaper up snugly, checking the legs and the waist several times to make sure everything was perfect. As she was doing all of this, ReiRei responded o her daughters whining by saying "Sweetie, stop whining or we'll go get your diaper and go home right this instant. You know I can't leave you in a messy diaper young lady, if I do, you get a rash; you don't want that now do you?" Soon she was finished with changing her daughter and exited the changing room.

ChiCHi quickly shook her head no not wanting to go home yet. Once her diaper was done up and hugged her mommy and suckled her pacifier. Biki smiled and laid Bulma down where ChiChi had been and opened the poopers at the crotch of the girl's overalls and got to work. She undid the two tapes holding the girl's soggy diaper in place then lowered the front and got to work wiping the pee from her soft skin. " Are you excited to be playing with ChiChi again honey? " Biki asked as she rolled up the wet diaper and tossed it in with ChiChi's diaper in the trash next to the table. Biki unfolded a fresh diaper. This one was plastic backed like the last one but this one was also covered in cute chibi animal's. Once it was under her tush Biki powdered and lotoned her diaper area before pulling the thick padding up between her legs and did the tapes up nice and snug. " There we go honey. Now lets go get you and ChiChi in the play area. " she cooed as she redid the poppers and carried Bulma out to where ReiRei and ChiChi where.

Reirei smiled patted the girl's cleanly diapered tush and said "Good girl!". ReiRei then leaned against the wall of the bathroom and held er daughter close to her chest and placed a kiss on the top of her daughters head saying "Mommy loves you so much baby".

Bulma smiled as she was changed out of her wet diaper, she loved when her mommy changed; it felt like the best thing in the world. Bulma smiled are her mother's question and responded with great enthusiasm "I'm really excited to play with Chichi, I can't wait to get to the play room where we can play with all kinds of toys like blocks and dolls and stuffies; maybe we can even play ball". After she had been changed she hugged her mommy and said "Thank you for changing me mommy, it feels so great to be clean again" she smiled at the mention of the of the play area and then unconsiously began to suck her thumb.

ReiRei noticed that ChiChi seemed eager. Perhaps helping her walk a bit would keep her bust till Bulma and Biki where finished. Biki smiled as she took a moment to wash her hands. " I bet a clean diaper does feel better huh? I remember how when youwhere really young that you used to really hate being wet or messy. You used to wake mommy up every night. " Biki recalled as she kissed Bulma's head. The moment Bulma started suckling her thumb she had a thought. Was she really that eager to be a baby again? She hadn't noticed but she had just sort of fallen into her role and hadn't really questioned wheather she wanted to do these things or not. Sure she had a diaper fetsih for sure but was she actually into being a baby? "
