Deciding to humiliate Nora even further she immediately pressed the matter, “Why do you keep calling it a potty?” She asked, even though she knew exactly why, “With how old you are you should be calling it a toilet.” She mocked, pulling her hand away, “And it doesn’t make a difference how close you were, you still ended up messing yourself like a baby.” She remarked.

"Huh? But I have been calling it a potty!" Nora would let out as she truly thought that she did, however she let out a gasp when she heard what she had just said. "Potty, no it's a potty! potty! T...To...Potty..." Nora would repeatedly keep trying to say the word toilet, but she was unable to as each time her head would instantly shift to the word 'potty' whenever she tried to willingly say it. At this Nora just started to break down and started to cry, too acutely aware of what all she had lost to this point.

Emma was extremely amused at the seemingly existential crisis Nora was having, however when she started to cry she couldn’t help but feel a little bit guilty, she picked Nora up and carried her over to the changing table and setting her down, accidentally pressing the mess into her and creating an audible squishing sound “Sorry.” She said, looking slightly embarrassed, to make up for it she picked up a pink pacifier and popped it into Nora’s mouth.

Nora felt even worse when the mess was once again pressed closer to her, making her want to break down even more as she let out "No! Why? Why did this have to happen to me! Why?!" However as the pacifier was inserted into Nora's mouth, she started to suckle on it by some sort of instinct making her lightly prefer to do that over spit it out. At the very least though, she did start to calm down as she starting focusing on the sensation that the pacifier had as she had it in her mouth.

Emma ignored Nora’s question, truthfully she knew exactly why Nora was chosen for this, but she didn’t need to know that, she quickly got to work opening the flaps and removing Nora’s diaper, before disposing of it and once again getting to work wiping Nora down until she was fully clean, flipping the girl over to do both sides.

Once Nora got calm enough, her despair would have morphed into embarrassment over Emma cleaning her up once more like a baby. So she would do her best to endure it until it was done by suckling on her pacifier as she had a blush on her face.

Emma then continued to work through the familiar routine, bringing out a bottle of baby powder and heavily sprinkling it onto Nora once again, before rubbing and spreading it. When she was finished the nurse pulled out a diaper, it seemed Nora would be getting the worst of both worlds as while it was incredibly thick, this diaper also had the childish pink designs on it. Emma quickly slid the diaper under Nora and taped her up with the speed of someone who had done it several times before.

Nora would hate the diaper that she saw got pulled out for her, not wanting one so thick and childish looking. "No! I don't wanna wear such a babyish diaper!" Nora then let out through her pacifier as she tried to plead with Emma to let her some something that might could be seen as more adultish. On the bright side for Emma, it sounded like Nora accepted that she would have to wear diapers over panties now.

Emma just huffed, “You really should of said something sooner darling, I’ve already changed you now.” She complained, before continuing, “Atleast you realise you need them now I suppose, I’ll let you choose next time since you’ve been such a good girl recently.” She said, before leaning in and giving Nora a kiss on the forehead, “Now then, why don’t we finish the tour, and then we can get some lunch?” She suggested.

Nora just sat up, feeling a natural difference with the thicker diaper around her waist as she got up, and would just state to Emma "...Okay". This all had taken its toil on Nora, and right now she just felt exhausted as she pondered her fate. Even if she got back to Nate and Shaun, what then? Was she going to be some kind of freak that her husband would have to baby for the rest of his life? How could she care for Shawn or otherwise help him as he grew up like this? That all pressed down on her and ate away at her.
