The girl was about to speak up when the babyish programming from earlier flickered on. She was quiet for a few seconds, another all-too-familiar blush reappearing. She recognized the "dragon" from earlier, clearly amused by the ridiculous costume of it that some random person was wearing, among other things. It was fun to make fun of it by herself and "play along", but that vanished the moment her mother was involved.

"Um... t-turn it, please..." Severa replied, managing to turn around and stare first at the woman's busty chest, then up at her face.

Cordelia knew of course why Severa was so timid all of the sudden. In her mind, she was convinced that the diapered girl secretly enjoyed these childish programs, and was trying to see if she could get her to admit it. This being the case, the woman didn't change the channel right away after Severa's request...
"Turn it to what sweetie? Any channel in particular you have in mind? What sounds good to watch?" She asked casually, still leaving their TV tuned to the 'baby' channel while she waited for Severa's answer, hiding a smile.

"Um... j-just.... something else, please... just... something not like... uh..." The girl was so extremely apprehensive and timid upon seeing the baby show. Again, this could be interpreted as the girl wanting to hide the fact that she actually did enjoy the program genuinely and not in a bitter, mocking way.

At this point, her mother felt as though she had seen all she needed to see. "Alright cutie-pie, whatever you say." She responded warmly, pressing the 'channel up' button on the remote a few times. It ended up on some sort of documentary on wyverns, something Cordelia had a good feeling that Severa wouldn't want to watch. Fortunately, she wasn't planning on staying on this one vey long. She just used it for an opportunity to let the teenager in her lap calm down for a second. "You know, I'm always happy to watch anything with you dear; you don't ever need to feel embarrassed about anything around me, okay?" She assured, definitely referring to the previous show they had been watching a few seconds ago. Cordelia also took the time to put down the remot and give her daughter a gentle hug in her lap.

The girl sighed in relief as the TV station was changed, ending up on a documentary of wyverns (who, like horses and pegasus, she wasn't fond of). It was better than the children's station, however. She sat in silence until the woman spoke up again and followed up with the hug. "Um... n-no... I'm not... r-really..." Severa replied, still hot in shame over being discovered watching the show, even if she didn't enjoy it in the same way that toddlers would.

Cordelia really wasn't in a postion to believe her, but she decided it was time to drop the subject for now. So, instead of pressing the issue, the woman simply patted her child on the back and gave her a kiss on the to of the head. Then, she picked the remote back up.
"So, as much as I'm sure you want to watch Wyvern mating displays, how about we change the channel eh? There should be a jousting tournament on around this time..."

The girl picked the remote up, glad that she now had the power over what they would be flipping through. "Y-yeah..." the girl replied, beginning to flick through the channels for something, anything to watch. The issue with TV was that there was so very little for her that she wanted to watch. Anything pertaining to jousting, or even grim bloodshed, captured her interest... but flipping through each channel made her come to the realization that there was nothing on! She ended up cycling through the same channels 3 times, sometimes skimming by the kiddie show. "Why is there nothing on?!" She screamed mentally.

"Huh, guess it's their bye-week." Cordelia stated as Severa flipped through all the channels and saw that the sports channel was just a bunch of commentators talking. There didn't seem to be anything on that the girl wanted to see...Well, maybe there was one channel she would be interested in...
"Honey, are you sure there's nothing you would like to watch?" The motherly woman said the next time they got close to approaching the 'baby' channel again.

"Well then, how about we just leave a random channel on for some background noise then while we talk. Is that okay sweetie?" She offered, keeping track of what channel they were on despite making it seem like she didn't care what they ended it on. But Cordelia knew perfectly well what to stop it on...

"3...2...1..." She thought to herself as they approached the baby channel again, setting the remote down once they reached it. "This'll work I suppose." She said casually, suppressing a small chuckle. Once the remote was put away, Cordelia wrapped her other arm around her diapered daughter's torso for another gentle hug. "So how are you feeling honey? Do you hurt anywhere? What can Mama do for you?"
