Severa furrowed her brows upon seeing the dirty diaper being balled up and tossed into a plastic bag, annoyed just by seeing it and being reminded of her current incontinence problem. She, however, pondered the question and figured that she was no longer tired, and that there was still a bit of sunshine left before it disappeared below the horizon. "Can I... sit back outside for a little bit? With a blankie, please?" She asked, not realizing the little adorable word she uttered.

Not being able to help a small giggle at the diapered girl's adorable use of the word 'blankie', her mother returned to the bed and gently lifted her up into her arms once again. "Of course you can sweetie. It does look pretty outside..." She remarked warmly, supporting Severa with one arm under her crinkly bottom and the other around her torso. Walking out of the bedroom, she carried her daughter through the living room, where she picked up one of the fluffy blankets from their couch.
"I think this blankie will be perfect..." Cordelia said, carrying both it and Severa out the back door and into their back yard again. "You just make yourself comfy and enjoy the fresh air. I'll be right inside if you want me for anything..." She explained, laying the teen down on one of the long lawn chairs facing the setting sun, then proceeding to lay the blanket over her.

Severa wrapped her arms around the woman's neck as she was carried, not saying a word yet keeping her head close to the woman's. After she was rested on the lawn chair, the girl nodded her head in response to Cordelia, then looking out into the open field toward the dimming rays of the sun as it started to dip below the horizon. During so, she would occasionally shift her bottom from right to left to adjust to a more comfortable position, hearing the crinkling and rustling sounds of her diaper under the covers. Then, she did it just to hear the noise and feel the cushy softness between her legs. Now that she was in a position where the back of the chair didn't pinch against the sorest and most damaged area of her back, she moved her lower body a bit more freely, save for her legs, of course. Curious, she moved one of her prone arms up and rested a palm against the padding, fingers working their way onto it and rubbing the exterior of the diaper. Something about this felt strangely... peaceful and comforting. Not just the backdrop of the field lit by the setting sun and the now-cool air brushing against her, but just how otherworldly relaxing the fresh padding felt to her. She did not want to admit this aloud, but this feeling was one of the only things that could combat and pain and soreness in her body after the accident.

But she would never admit this. She, luckily, had her whole body covered... though it didn't do quite a great job at muffling the sounds of the crinkling of the padding.

After she had gotten the pampered redhead comfortable, Cordelia walked inside to go start on dinner, leaving the back door open a crack so that she could hear if the girl called for her. If she had been a little closer, perhaps she would have heard the soft, muffled crinkling as Severa continued to rub her diaper. Fortunately for the aforementioned teen, her mother was too focused on preparing dinner to discern the noise.

Remembering that Severa had requested chicken, the knight began to grill and prepare some. Reaching to grab some seasoning from a high shelf, Cordelia felt a sudden ache in her chest-area. Wincing, she looked down and massaged her breasts to examine them. Now to mention it...her bust had been a little sore today...She had just been too focused on taking care of her child to really notice. Had she pulled something? Or did this mean the hormone pills she bought from Ricken were starting to work?...

Severa was enjoying this too much, actually beginning to giggle a little bit until she suddenly realized how childish and stupid she was acting; all of it towards something she claimed to hate! So she stopped, her hands resting to her sides once again as she watched the sun vanish beyond the wide view she had of the open, green field.

Ignoring the soreness of her chest, Cordelia focused on preparing their meal. The chicken was done within another twenty or so minutes, and she had also whipped up a side of green beans and mashed potatoes. Now all she had left to do was set the table and get their drinks ready.

After making sure it was clean, Cordelia filled up Severa's baby bottle with milk, filling up a glass for herself right afterward. Setting all this down in front of their places at the table, the motherly woman realized there was one last thing she was forgetting. Returning to the kitchen, she pulled out one of Severa's bibs and set it down on the table for her to wear for now. Once everything was set, Cordelia smiled at her handiwork and turned around, walking out the back door to find her daughter where she had left her.
"Dinner's ready cutie-pie." She said warmly, approaching the chair she was laying down in. "How's everything back here?"

The girl, at this point, had stopped fiddling with her diaper, which was fortunate because she would have been very much startled and embarrassed had the woman discovered what she was doing a little earlier. "It's... nice out here. Good to be able to breathe some fresh air outside of the house... and really nice that no one is able to see me wearing this stupid thing..." She said, partially in denial considering what she was doing while Cordelia was prepping up dinner.

Her mother just rolled her eyes. "Of course dear. Now let's get some food in your tummy..." She replied, scooping Severa up into her arms out of the lawn chair and carrying her back inside. Once they were indoors again, Cordelia unwrapped the blanket, leaving her daughter clad in just her diaper and top again as they approached the table. "I cooked the chicken just how you like it. I think it turned out well." She said causally, making conversation as she sat the girl down in her chair. After sitting down herself, the woman picked up the pastel pink bib and moved to tie it around her child's neck.

The girl's gaze started to shift as the blanket was removed. It was inevitable that it would have to be moved off of her, but Severa made it a point to move her eyes from left, to center, to right, fortunately not seeing a single soul close by or even in the distance. So she sighed a breath of relief and actually helped Cordelia a bit by lifting her arms just a bit to make her armpits accessible. After being lifted, she once again wrapped her arms around the woman's neck for support (even she technically didn't have to due to the walk being so short and her mother's secure hold on her).

Upon being seated and staring at the meal, her eyes burned with an excited hunger, all the while Severa licking her lips in anticipation. This was broken, however, as the light-pink bib was wrapped around her neck, causing her to whine once again. Then, something occurred to her...
"Is... this a different one than the last one I used?"

"The other one's in the wash sweetie. This one isn't that different; it's just another color." Cordelia answered, hoping not to have an argument with her daughter over this as she finished thing up the cutesie bib. It did look fairly infantile admittedly, but the last one in the three-pack the woman had bought that Severa hadn't seen yet was the one she didn't want her daughter to see; the one that covered in adorable little baby designs and had 'Mommy's little girl' embroidered in the middle.
"It isn't a big deal honey, it's just to keep you clean." She continued, serving up the chicken and cutting some up into little pieces for Severa.
