Want to stay in your room or come out with Mama?" The woman offered, knowing that Severa's desire to be around her tended to vary.

Cordelia smiled, hoping she would pick that answer. "Okay, let's get going then cutie." She cooed, giving the girl in her arms a snuggle as she walked towards the bedroom door. The crimson-haired woman was about to step out when she realized she had forgotten to put any pants on Severa after changing her. "Oh, sorry dear, want something to go over your diaper?" She offered, not wanting her to be uncomfortable.

The girl wasn't really thinking about it, at the time. But... she did feel much safer in her home wearing just this than being outside. "Um... I fink I fine, Mommy..." She replied, her lisp becoming more ever-present as well as that particular "M" word.

Severa saying the word 'Mommy' was enough to make her mother's heart sing, but the simply precious lisp in which she had said it was enough to make the woman seriously consider dropping everything so that she could shower the with snuggles and kisses. What had gotten into Severa is morning? Though her attitude was about the same, she seemed to be talking...younger...

"No problem honey. If I may say, you do look adorable with just your diapers from the waist down." She complimented, carrying her into the living room and laying her down in her normal place on the couch. "Mama will get started on brekkies right away. Anything I can do for you before I start sweetie?"

"Aww, of course cutie-pie. Just a second." She assured, patting Severa's head. Cordelia wouldn't have been able to turn down such an adorable request even if she had wanted to. Maybe the girl was still groggy from waking up and that's what was causing her lisp? Regardless, her mother certainly wasn't complaining.

After heading into the kitchen, the Cordelia soon returned with a baby bottle full of cold milk. "Okay honey, do you want Mama to hold it for you, or do you think you can hold your baba?" She asked, using the word 'baba' without realizing it.
