The girl smiled upon hearing the woman's voice return and use the cutesy word. "Eh... I'll take da baba, Mama..." She cooed, using the word herself.

Words couldn't describe how adorable Severa was acting this morning. "Okay honey, just be careful." Her mother replied, handing her the bottle and giving her another kiss on the top of the head. "I'll be over in the kitchen close by, just let Mama know if they're anything you need, okay princess?"

The girl nodded her head, then plopping the bottle into her mouth and suckling on it, the cold, delicious milk causing her to enter that trance-like state. She was in this state for only 30 seconds before the grip on the bottle slipped, causing it to roll off of her chest and onto the floor under the table.

The girl had only gotten a little to drink, though still very much thirsty. She didn't want to call her "Mama" due to some small sense of pride still left. Therefore, she decided to try and obtain it herself, starting to roll off the couch.

Before she could really try to reach for it with her sore limbs, the girl quickly rolled off and banged her head up on the corner of the table. It hurt only a small bit, considering that there were much stronger punches, kicks and even slashes she received when she was in her own time period. However, something about this felt... strange. She felt horrible after this, embarrassed to hurt herself due to her own mistake... and somewhat alone because of being the only one in the room.

So naturally, her eyes started to well up with tears, blood beginning to trickle down from the top of her head down her face. It was a small amount, but very noticeable.

Cordelia had only started to get everything ready when she head the loud thud from the living room. "Severa..." She whispered under her breath, quickly setting everything down and rushing to her daughter.
"Honey! What happened!? Are you okay?" The extremely concerned woman exclaimed, lifting the teary-eyed girl into her arms and inspecting her head. The wound didn't look serious, but that did t change the fact that her little girl was bleeding. Cordelia returned to the kitchen with her, taking a damp washcloth and using it to clean up the blood.

As the girl was placed on the counter, she continued to sniffle and stay teary-eyed, knowing her mother would have to be involved and was aware of her pain. She, however, didn't break out into straight-up crying, part of her still feeling restraint. She did feel horrible, however, and that pitiful, Bambi-eyed expression she gave to the woman made it clear.

"Okay...good, it just looks like a little scratch..." Cordelia deduced, examining the top of her child's head. After cleaning her up, she gave Severa a big hug. "It's okay sweetie...Mama's gonna make it all better, okay?" She cooed lovingly. As she did so, the motherly woman picked her back up and walked back over to the living room.

The girl continued to sniffled, proceeding to nuzzle the non-sore part of her head against one of Cordelia's breasts willingly, her arms wrapped around her neck.

"It's okay...Its okay..." She repeated over and over, sitting down on the couch and gently rubbing Severa's back. "Mama's right here..."
The motherly knight kept this up for another few minutes to help her daughter calm down, eventually asking "What happened honey? Did you drop your bottle?"

The girl sniffled for a few moments, really having to fight to resist the urge to totally cry.
"I-I... dropped the baba... and it rolled to the floor... and I tried to g-get it... and I..." The girl's breathes became heavier as she hiccuped a bit, shaking with each breath and finding it hard to calm down completely, even with the woman's assistance.

"Shh....shh...Its okay...I understand..." The pegasus knight cooed lovingly, hugging the poor little thing close and continuing to soothe her. After giving Severa another tight squeeze, she set her down on the couch for a moment so she could reach down under the coffee table and grab the baby bottle. She then cradled her child in her arms once again, resting her head against her chest. "I think it's for the best that Mama feeds you all your babas until I get you something a little easier to hold, okay sweetie?"
