The girl was certainly going to have a hard time crossing her legs after this; again, she remained motionless.

Satisfied with her handiwork, Cordelia smiled and gave the thick padding a soft pat. "There we go...That should keep baby nice and dry..." She cooed with a giggle, taking a moment to savor how adorable Severa was before scooping her up again.

The girl, as she was lifted up, wrapped her legs around her mother's torso, hanging off of her like a child would on a bar on a playground. The giggly, "sleeping girl would have likely taken herself and her mother down with her dead weight had the woman not had a good grip on her.

Almost stumbling a bit, the older shepherd chuckled to herself and lifted Severa up into a more safe position in her arms. "Woah there cutie; remember you aren't the size of a regular baby." Cordelia teased warmly, patting the crinkly seat of the girl's diaper. "But does someone want a little more playtime with Mommy?"

The girl, a few moments after being asked, stretched her arms and legs and let out a cute little yawn under her paci which almost fell out from her slightly-opened mouth before once again wrapping her limbs back around Cordelia.

While Cordelia couldn't say she had been expecting this answer, it definitely didn't surprise her. "Aww, is someone a little tuckered out? I think it's baby's nap time now..." She cooed softly with a giggle, reaching down and grabbing Peggy before carrying Severa out of her room. She would have just laid the girl down in her own bed, but the sheets needed to be washed now. So, the woman walked down the hall to her own bedroom, figuring Severa would be cozy enough there while she cleaned everything up.

The girl remained still and silent save for her little coos and the occasional "Mommy", seemingly content in the woman's arms. She remaine cutely nuzzles against her chest, the breasts like pillows to her tender head.

Once they finally reached her bedroom, Cordelia found it incredibly difficult to put the cute little thing down. While she had always loved her future-daughter dearly, she had never felt closer to Severa then she had in the last few days. It had reached the point where she felt legitimately guilty leaving the diapered girl's side. What if Severa needed her for anything? What if she needed to be fed, changed or cuddled and her mother wasn't there?

Realizing she was getting a little too overprotective, the pegasus knight exhaled and laid Severa and Peggy down in her bed. She wouldn't be gone long, and it was important she get these chores done.
After snugly tucking her child in, Cordelia kissed her on the forehead. "Sweet dreams cutie-pie; Mommy will be back soon..."

The girl, seemingly asleep now, just continued to smile and softly coo as she suckled on her pacifier. It didn't seem like she would be without company, as she had Peggy wrapped tightly in her arms.

As Severa napped, her mother got to work. After getting herself dressed again, the woman first proceeded to throw the teen's wet sheets in the washing machine. Even though she was double-diapering Severa now, leaks at night were still a possibility if Severa ever tossed and turned in her sleep. Cordelia added 'Waterproof sheets' to the list of supplies she needed to buy Severa. Maybe some plastic panties to go over her diapers too in case they ever went swimming...

As she went over the growing shopping list in her head as she went about the house, Cordelia realized she had a large supply run to do soon. It would probably take her most of the day to get all of these things. Severa definitely wouldn't want to come with her, and to be honest the fragile little thing wasn't ready for a full day out and about quite yet. But at the same time, she couldn't leave the girl alone here for hours on end! Maybe...and her tomboyish child would probably throw a fit over this...but maybe a babysitter was in order...
