"W-what are you doing? You just can't pick me up without my consent!" Severa protested, though unconvincing in considering that she did so in a whine.

[Diapee Girl]

"Don't worry about it sweetie, I promise this'll make you feel better. Just relax for a minute..." The motherly woman assured, sitting the diapered mercenary up so she was facing her, and then holding Severa close so that her head was over her shoulder with the cloth over it. Then, taking care to avoid touching any of her recovering areas, Cordelia began to gently rub and pat Severa's back in little circles.

"What are you- ACK! Hey! Y-you stop that! I'm not-" Before she could further protest, a loud belch came from the girl's lips accompanied by a little of the milk, causing the girl to blush and sit silently.

After she was burped, Cordelia smiled to herself and gave the girl in her lap a warm hug, making sure not to squeeze hard enough to hurt her tender body. "Sometimes you can a lot of gas built up in your tummy from sucking on a bottle for a little while. It can lead to a lot of discomfort if you don't take care of it somewhat quickly." She explained, secretly loving the feeling of holding Severa in her lap like this. There was something incredibly cozy and loving about it, though she honestly doubted Severa felt the same way. "But a quick burp takes care of the problem easily."

Severa listened to the woman's explanation, appreciating a logical reason why she was burped instead of being talked down to like a toddler yet again. "Oh... I guess that makes sense..." Severa replied, remaining on the woman's lap and not actually making an effort to move away. This did feel awkward, but something about sitting like this was... a bit relaxing. Instead of admitting such a thing, however, Severa turned away and sat in silence, her blush still ever-present.

Cordelia actually a little pleasantly surprised that her daughter didn't immediately try and wriggle away after she had finished burping her. The diapered teen actually seemed pretty relaxed in her body movements, suggesting that she was actually a little comfortable in this position. The woman had to admit, this actually was pretty cozy. In fact, she was completely fine with sitting here and cuddling her child for another few minutes, gently rubbing her back. Maybe she could start burping Severa more often...

But, while this was nice, the small mercenary in her arms was in need of a diaper change and a washing. So, after another few minutes, Cordelia moved her arms under the girl's padded bottom and stood up, carrying her out of the living room. "Now, how does a nice, warm bath sound sweetie?"

Severa's eyes widened a bit, also letting out a cute squeak underneath her closed lips as she suddenly felt herself being lifted up. After hearing the prospect of a bath, the girl started blushing madly once again. "I, um... I don't think I need one, thanks..." Severa replied. She had been awake for about thirty minutes, yet STILL didn't realize the condition of her diaper. She was genuinely oblivious to it, for if she knew it and felt that little attention was drawn to it, she'd try to hide it.

The woman couldn't help a small chuckle as the padded teen protested while she was carried into the bathroom. "Your face was covered in syrup dear, you need a lot more than just a little wipe down with a cloth to get the rest of it off. Besides, I figured you would prefer to be out of that wet diaper as soon as possible anyway." She replied casually, figuring Severa at least knew the condition of the thick padding between her legs.

"It's not that- wait, what?" The girl's eyes widened once more as her diaper was brought up again, it having not been mentioned this morning up until now. Finally, she looked down, now to realize her sodden, yellowed, saggy diaper between her legs. Come to think about it, she did feel a bit moist down there, but she just attributed it to sweat and decided to ignore it.

"B-but... I-I-I didn't... it's not..." Severa stammered for words, trying to explain this to her mother. But how could she possibly word it? It was obvious that the padding was soaked, and sweat wasn't yellow and carry a slight scent of ammonia (which, of course, she only started to realize now that the diaper's state was brought up).

Cordelia stood still for a moment as she realized that Severa hadn't even noticed her diaper was soaked. Was her incontinence really that bad?
Regardless, her daughter was visibly distraught by this information, and she needed to be calmed down. "Shh, it's okay sweetie, its not your fault..." She assured warmly, walking into the bathroom and sitting down on the toilet lid, holding Severa close like she had in the couch a few minutes earlier. "There's no reason to blame yourself; I know you couldn't help it dear...You did nothing wrong." She continued, giving the teen in the saggy diaper a gentle hug.
