The girl braced herself for the wipes, knowing how cold they were. She, however, let her guard down as she was asked about her night. "I slept... pretty well, actually..." Severa replied, admitting this shyly. It was the best sleep she had since the accident, no more nightmares present. She felt so calm in the presence of her mother, even if some of the things she did were still somewhat embarrassing. But... it definitely beat the night terrors she risked facing every night.

"Um... Mom... could we... maybe... do that again sometime?" Severa admitted, once again flaring up with a major blush as she looked up to Cordelia.

Cordelia was suprised enough by the question to pause mid-wipe as she was cleaning the girl up. Had she heard her correctly? Taking a moment to look up at Severa's face, her embarassed look and adorable blush confirmed what she had been thinking.
This made the young woman grin from ear to ear, trying to contain herself. "Sweetie, if you ever want to sleep in Mama's bed, all you have to do is let me know. I'll be more than happy to, no questions asked." She assured warmly, her tone genuine as she took a moment to smile down at the teen before kissing her on the nose.

The girl blushed some more, but she couldn't help it; she actually felt happy enough to respond with a cute little smile as she continue to look up to her mother. "Thanks Mom..." Severa replied with that same smile, then proceeding to turn her head back as the change progressed.

With that, the pegasus knight's good mood returned, actually looking forward herself to the next time she got to spend the night with her little girl. With Severa normally being somewhat abrasive and bratty, she loved every moment she got to see the more tender and innocent side of her daughter. The absolutely precious sight of seeing her curled up in her arms, sucking her thumb while sleeping blissfully still remained fresh in her mind. She wanted to be able to share that with Severa again.

With their conversation apparently over for the time being, Cordelia finished getting her all nice and clean again. With an almost giddy feeling running through her, she wasn't able to resist saying "Upsie-daisy now honey" as she lifted up the teen's bottom and slid out the soggy diaper and set it off to the side after she had balled it up. Severa soon would find her rear being lowered onto a clean diaper that Cordelia had unfolded, getting her nice and powdered before taping up the babyish padding.
"All done sweetie, you can look up now..." She teased, smiling down at the diapered redhead.

The girl just remained quiet for the remainder of the change, feeling the soggy, bloated old diaper replaced by a cushy, dry one. The powder did smell fresh, and admittedly, it felt good to have a used diaper changed out for a fresh way, minus the slight humility she still felt over the changes. Once it was finished and the woman spoke up, the girl indeed looked back up to her mother.

"Oh... thanks, Mama..." Severa replied softly. Feeling a bit uncomfortable to lie on the hard surface of the dresser, the girl lifted her arms up in the hope of gaining some leverage to be able to lift herself up. Considering that she was partially immobilized, this act would be in vain, and her shakily bringing her arms up while still looking toward the woman could definitely be mistaken for the girl voluntarily wanting to be picked up in her arms.

As was to be expected, Cordelia interpreted this gesture by Severa as a desire to be lifted up off the dresser; a desire she was more than happy to satisfy. "Alright honey, up we go~" she said with a small giggle, the knight picking her up off the improvised changing table and into her arms. "Now then, now that you're nice and comfy, how about I go get you your medicine and get breakfast started while you drink it? I'm sure you must be hungry by now..."

The girl squeaked as she was lifted, though did nothing to fight it as she instinctively wrapped her arms around the woman's neck to keep herself from falling. "Yeah... I'm kind of hungry..." Severa replied honestly, now looking even more adorable as she kept herself close to the woman wearing nothing more but a shirt and baby diaper.

The young woman couldn't help but smile as she felt Severa's arms wrap around her neck. She was glad to see the girl was seemingly getting used to being carried around.
Glancing over to her closet, Cordelia thought about getting a pair of pants or a skirt on her before breakfast, but ultimately decided against it. She would probably give her a bath after they ate, and she would get her properly dressed then. It was always kind of a pain to have to deal with tugging down her pants or flipping around her skirt when changing her anyway. Also, though she would never say it aloud because it would embarass the teen; Severa looked simply adorable in just her shirt and cute little diaper.

"I'd let you stay in your room until breakfast is ready, but I still have to wash your sheets. So, you can relax in the living room like before while I get that done." She explained simply, carrying the mercenary out of the room and towards their living room once again. Once they arrived, Cordelia laid the teen down on the couch and covered her with one of their blankets. "Wait rigt here honey, Mama will be right back..." She assured before entering the kitchen and preparing her a baby bottle filled with water, mixing the painkillers in.

After she had finished, she walked back to Severa, the bottle in her hand. "Alright sweetie, tell me honestly; do you think you can drink from this on your own? Or do you want Mama to hold it for you?" She offered. Her child couldn't make a mess with the baby bottle, unlike a cup, and it would probably be a little easier to hold.

Severa remained limp in the woman's arms until she was placed on the couch with a crinkle, remaining silent until she was placed on the couch with a blanket fortunately placed over her diaper. When the woman returned, the girl blushed at the sight of the bottle, though not averting her gaze. It was obvious to her and the woman that she couldn't feed herself, even with drinking from a baby bottle. She didn't want to bring up another pointless argument over it. "Um... you can do it... I guess..."

Cordelia was honestly a little taken aback at first at the complete lack of complaining or whining from the diapered girl. She had been prepared to talk to her about it, but her accepting it right away honestly wasn't something she had been expecting. But her confusion gave way to a warm smile and nod of understanding. "Alright sweetie. Just let me move something real quick..." The crimson-haired woman replied, lifting Severa's head up for a moment and moving the pillows she had been laying on. Once the space was clear, she herself sat down in that space; Cordelia lowering her daughter's head back down so that it was now resting in her warm lap.

Holding the baby bottle so that the nipple was against her lips, Cordelia have her another encouraging smile. "Drink up sweetie, this'll help you feel better..."
