Severa drowned out the sounds of the programming and the slight humility of being spoonfed for a bit and just accepted each and every bite, eventually leading to the bowl of oatmeal to empty out. Once she was done, the girl licked her lips and put her rested arm on her lap, a hand now rubbing her stomach. It was surprisingly filling for such a seemingly simple meal.

Once the oatmeal was all gone, Cordelia smiled and set the empty bowl and spoon off to the side. "I'm glad you liked your breakfast. Now then, want any toast cutie, or are you full?" She asked, but she had a feeling she knew the answer to that question already. For now, the young woman's gaze turned to the baby bottle on the table.

Cordelia nodded in understanding, now picking up the bottle of milk. "Okay then sweetie, now just some milk to wash it down. Want to stay and drink where you are right now, or do you want to lay down on the couch like before?" She offered, wanting to give her the option. Severa apparently really enjoyed being fed her bottles while she was laying down or in her lap, but her mother really doubted she realized it, and even if she did the bratty girl would never actually admit it.

"Damn it..." Severa muttered under her breath, honestly hoping that her mother wouldn't bring up the elephant in the room staring them both in the face. "Uh... couch, I guess... would rather lie down than sit up and drink it."

Yet again, the teenager put up much less of a fuss about being bottle-fed today than she had previously. This was a huge relief on Cordelia's part; her being difficult would just make things harder on the both of them. It seemed like maybe, just maybe, Severa was started to get used to this.

"Of course sweetheart. Let's get this off you first...." The woman replied warmly, proceeding to remove her now slightly dirty bib. Then, after lifting the pampered girl into her lap and cradling her in her arms, Cordelia stood up after grabbing the baby bottle and bib as well. Carrying her back into the living room and giggling to herself as the baby shows continued to play on their television, she sat down on the couch and set the bib off to the side for now; it shouldn't be needed until later.

Then, instead of laying her down on the other side of the couch like before, Cordelia simply decided that Severa was fine where she was now; the small mercenary still snugly cradled in her arms. So, she moved the bottle up to her daughter's lips. "Alright dear, have as much as you want..."

The girl, upon being reminded of the baby shows, groaned and looked away, remaining still in her mother's arms as she was placed on the couch. The girl waited to be seated somewhere else, but found herself still being cradled in Cordelia's arms as she brought the bottle up to her lips. Not wanting to make a fuss about it, the girl simply closed her eyes and latched on, sure enough entering that blissful, dream-like state she always went into whenever she simply drank from a baby bottle.

By now, Cordelia knew full well what would happen once Severa wrapped her lips around the nipple of the bottle. Pretty much every time, she instantly became relaxed and content no matter what she had been acting like beforehand. Not that her mother was complaining of course, but she was more curious than anything. Part of her had been wondering if the padded girl would keep her eyes open to watch the childish programs playing on the TV, but that was out now. Hopefully the happy, rythmic tunes coming from it would be enough to reach her while she nursed.

With Severa's bottle-feeding now in full effect, the motherly knight just smiled and took it upon herself to keep the teen nice and cozy in her lap. "Such a good girl...You're gonna be all better in no time..." She cooed lovingly, kissing her child on the top of the head. With Severa cradled in her arms, it was much easier to love on and cuddle her, and was a much more comfortable postion for Cordelia herself to hold her in. If her daughter wasn't complaining about this, maybe she could start holding her like this for more of her feedings...

The girl, just like other times before, not only seemed to relax in this position, but also began cooing faint yet detectable words like "Mommy" as she suckled down the bottle. It was as she entered another world the moment she closed her eyes and brought her lips to the tip of the rubber nipple and felt the cool milk enter her mouth.

The pegasus knight just continued to coo sweet nothings to her precious little girl, resting Severa's head against her chest and gently rubbing her back with her free hand. "That's it sweetie...Mommy's got you..." She whispered, watching the amount of milk in the baby bottle gradually decline as the diapered teen nursed it down. The redhead was done in no time, but Cordelia doubted this would be enough to get her to unlatch.
