Spitfire kept it up, bucking her hips harder and faster with each passing moment. Before too long, she arched her hindquarters and let out a scream of pure ecstasy. When she finally went limp, she felt her diaper become slightly wetter once again.

Applejack moaned as she felt herself explode. Although it is the most pleasurable thing she experienced here so far, knowing that she just did it with Spitfire makes it unsettling. “Good girls. I think that it is now time that we change you two.” Spoiled laid Spitfire on her back but positioned her so that her butt would be facing the camera while she is being changed.

By now, Spitfire just didn’t care anymore. All that mattered was that she was finally getting out of this crappy diaper.

From your vantage point, she could see the head nurse tending to Applejack, even removing her gag. “Enjoy yourself, little filly?”

“NO! I DEMAND THAT YOU LET ME GO NOW! MY FAMILY WILL COME LOOK FOR ME AND Y’ALL WILL BE SORRY!” Applejack threatened. A day of anger building up has finally come out of her mouth.

Spoiled giggled as she heard Applejack yell. It means that their torture is working. She untaped Spitfire’s diaper, lifted up her legs and started wiping her bottom.

Spitfire was hoping that Applejack was right, but she knew it would be little good to give threats which their captors would not even heed. Besides, after finally getting a diaper change, she did not do or say anything that would get Spoiled to change her mind. Thus, she just laid still as she was cleaned up.

“Go ahead and let it all out, dear foal,” the head nurse said mockingly, patting Applejack’s drenched diaper, “But your family will never find you here.”

Applejack yelled as the head nurse started changing her. “Yes they will. Ah swear. And once they do, you will wish that you were dead.”

Once Spitfire was clean, she was powdered and taped in a fresh diaper. “Okay, little foal. All done. Let’s get you back to your cell. I cannot wait to have more fun with you tomorrow, and the day after that and the day after that. And you might love your new friends too.” Spoiled Rich strapped Spitfire in the wheelchair and started rolling her back.

"You'll forgive me if I don't seem worried," the head nurse remarked as she carefully powdered and diapered Applejack, before moving her back to her own wheelchair.

Spitfire just kept still as Spoiled taped her into a fresh diaper. While she would have preferred to be out of them altogether, being in a new one was a vast improvement over a messy one. As the rich mare rolled her back to her cell, she asked curiously, "So, who is that Unicorn you mentioned earlier? The one you'll bring in next?"

“I don’t remember her name exactly but I do remember that her name revolves around lying so much. I do not know why anyone would want that name. Doesn’t matter. You will probably appreciate being surprised more.”

"Maybe," Spitfire supposed, shrugging in her straitjacket, "Of course, the surprise you gave me today will be very hard to top." She gestured down at her diaper. "Something I'd like to know; why the diapers? Do you just have a thing for mares in diapers?"

“No. I just think it would be the most humiliating thing for them to wear. It really does give them the image that they belong to us.” Spoiled stopped at a bathroom on the way back. “Oh, I almost forgot. We are going to brush your teeth before you sleep.” Spoiled put some toothpaste on the brush. “Are you ready?”
