The head nurse was not at all pleased with the sudden outburst of blatant insubordination. She fought back against her underling and managed overpower her. “Shame on you, Red Cross. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable.”

She then got an idea of how to make an example of Red Cross. Looking at the other nurses, she told them “We may have just found a new patient without Mrs. Rich’s assistance.”

The other nurses were scared when they saw her put a tranquilizer dart in her. After the winning nurses collected their winnings, the head nurse dragged Red Cross out of the room. The three current patients saw the head nurse bringing the new patient to her cell. The patient is unconscious under the tranquilizer effect. They don’t know who she is. Maybe she live in another town or maybe she was trapped on this island for too long. After the head nurse walked in the cell, Spoiled Rich appeared in the hallway with AK next to her. AK’s wings are tied with the same bindings that Spitfire has. AK is struggling against Spoiled’s grip and yelled “get off of me!”

The head nurse wasted no time doing the transition for Red Cross, stripping her out of her nurse’s uniform and hat, before taping her into a thick diaper, and fastening her in a straitjacket as well. “Let this be a lesson to you,” she said, as she placed Red Cross on the bed.

After leaving the cell and locking it, she noticed Spoiled Rich returning with her newest quarry. “I see your latest ploy went off without a hitch, ma’am. Incidentally, there’s been a new addition to the ward. An unscheduled one.”

"Oh, really? Whom did you get?" Spoiled Rich asked with a grin.

"Red Cross," the head nurse said. "She was mistreating her superiors, so now, she has to go through this treatment too."

"Very good. And hopefully, all of the other nurses learned what happens to nurses who don't follow our orders. Now, let's send this one to where she belongs," Spoiled said as she gestured her head towards AK.

Despite AK’s many years of moonlighting as Daring Do, she had been caught wholly off her guard the moment she landed on the island. Thus, even her extensive fighting training could not seem to get her out of this mess.

“Is this some kind of scare tactic to get me to give you a greater share of the profits from the movies?” She asked. Realization quickly dawned on her. “You never actually planned to adapt to my books, did you?”

"Oh, don't worry. The movies are coming. I won't get a lot of money from them, but I did get something better: you." Spoiled Rich said before she unlocked the cell door. AK Yearling saw the bed and the table in the cell. Soon, she saw one nurse with a straitjacket and one holding a pack of diapers.

AK was astounded by this latest development. But she was not ready to give in just yet. Throwing off her cloak, she revealed her Daring Do outfit. “If you’ve read my books, you know Daring Do doesn’t submit so easily. Expect me to put up quite a struggle.”

She may have sounded confident, but in actuality, with her wings immobilized, there was very little she could do to resist. But she prayed Spoiled and the nurses wouldn’t call her bluff

Spoiled giggled and threw AK on the bed. "Strap her," she ordered. The nurses teamed up to pin her down and get her in her straitjacket. "Did you really think that pretending to be Daring Do would scare us?" Spoiled Rich said in a gloating tone.

Applejack happened to be in the adjoining cell, and she could hear what was transpiring next door. Having met AK yearling before, she recognized the voice. “‘Pretend?’ She IS Daring Do, ya nincompoops!”

“How interesting,” one of the nurses remarked as she forced AK’s front legs into the straitjacket. As she fastened and cinched up the buckles in the back, she said “I’d ask for your autograph, but you’re a bit tied up at the moment.”

(I don’t mind letting you decide most of the mares who get diapered in this RP, but one request I have is Sassy Saddles. Everything about her, including her name, suggests she was meant for erotic scenarios.)

(Hmm... okay. I would actually like you to decide too, especially since I am running out of characters whom I am interested in. Sassy is a good idea. Maybe one idea we can do with that is that she went to one of the boutiques in Canterlot with the intention of capturing Rarity, but Rarity insists on staying at the boutique, so she takes Sassy to Ponyville instead. Maybe after a week, growing concerns regarding many disappearances sparks investigations.)

"Oh, look at that. Applejack has been here for only a day and she is already delusional," Spoiled said. The nurses then taped AK in a diaper and fastened the jacket's strap around the diaper. "See you at lunch time," Spoiled said. They walked out and locked the door.
