Applejack scoffed. “I bet Diamond Tiara would love this much attention from her.”

AK then noticed the pouch with a feeding tube rolling in. “Oh no. You are NOT making me eat out of THAT!” She complained. There were feeding tubes being wheeled in for each patient

The head nurse is excited to put her plan into motion for Applejack. “So, when is the last time you opened your bowels?” The head nurse asked Applejack.

Spitfire, meanwhile, willing opened her mouth for her own tube. But secretly, she was kind of hoping Spoiled might feed her herself soon.

The pacifier was forced into AK’s mouth the same way it was forced into everypony else’s.

“Celestia, this stuff is disgusting,” Lyra moaned before another tube was inserted into her own mouth.

Applejack’s first impulse was to bury her face in the front of her straitjacket, in one last ditch attempt to get out of this humiliation

Unfortunately for Applejack, the head nurse used her magic to lift Applejack’s head up to insert the pacifier in her mouth. Applejack then saw the nurse open the pouch and add in one serving of laxative. “Are you ready?” The head nurse asked, giving Applejack an evil grin.

AK looks like she wants to gag. It is torture being unable to stop it as well.

Although Applejack was by far the strongest pony there, even her most stubborn attempts to wiggle free amounted to little.

Unlike the other mares, Red Cross was mostly indifferent to what was happening to her. She had gotten to the point where she just didn’t care anymore.

“Remember. Your bodily functions are not private information in here. In fact, we are in more control of your functions than you are,” the head nurse told Applejack.

After that, they got their second daily ration of water, but AK didn’t care. She really needed something to wash down that disgusting glop. After all of the water was gone, all patients except for Applejack were rolled back to their cells. “I bet that you are dreading what is about to happen to you.”
