Spitfire and the others might have better enjoyed the lovely view of the ocean, if not for the ominous speech their mistress gave.

“But look on the bright side!” The head nurse added in, “You’ll have us to look after you and change your diapers forever!”

The other nurses chuckled at that, and one of them decided to toy with AK. “Ever wonder about just how much water that is? It must be millions upon millions of gallons. All that liquid, flowing freely, uninhibited by anything.”

Spoiled got even more excited when she heard AK make a loud grown. She grabbed a leaf and cupped some water in it. "Hey, look at this, AK. Drip drop, drip drop," she said as she allowed the water from the leaf to drip onto the sand. "NO MORE!" AK yelled, turning her head away.

"Okay, everypony, is that enough? Should we go back now?" She asked the nurses. AK is really hoping they choose to go back. Even though she hates it at the asylum, she thinks that she would be more comfortable in there than out here.

“Can we please stay out here for a little while longer?” Spitfire asking, almost pleadingly. “It’s so nice and sunny out!”

“Well, you have certainly earned a little special time, dear Spitfire,” the head nurse remarked, rubbing the top of her head, “As for your little sisters…”

She then went ahead and gave AK a subtle, yet hefty shove with her hip, which would’ve been just enough to knock the writer off-balance

AK was giving Spitfire a glare when she wanted to stay out. After the shove, they saw AK clenching her eyes and legs shut on the floor, using one of her forehooves to give a hard press against her bladder. "And I think that one of your little sisters needs a little help going. Isn't that right?" Spoiled asked with an evil tone. AK is now shaking her head vigorously.

“Guess we’ll have to do it the hard way,” the head, nurse observed. She sat down on the sand near AK, took her back legs onto her lap, and began to tickle her hooves.

While everyone else watched AK’s losing battle, Applejack began to survey the area, wondering if perhaps she might be able to buck one of the trees to fall down on their captors.

(I think that I forgot again that their forehooves were restrained by their straitjackets.)

AK whimpered some more. "Please..." she whined. "There are no pleases with us," the head nurse said. AK is close to breaking but it looks like she is not giving up. "I think that she needs more help," Spoiled said before she started pressing on her bladder hard. AK gave a screech and grinded her teeth before she cannot take it anymore and started flooding her diaper, the hissing sound audible to everypony. AK blushed hard, not believing that she just wet a diaper... in front of 9 other ponies.

Unfortunately for Applejack, she cannot buck any trees since she wouldn't be able to balance herself with her forehooves tied against her chest.

(fair enough. I still find myself alternating between visualizing the characters as ponies, and imagining them as humanoids with some pony-like features.)

“Well, it appears your initiation is complete,” Spitfire observed, waddling over to the humiliated writer. She scoff and said, “Imagine what Rainbow Dash would say if she saw us, her two biggest idols in this predicament.”

“Should she ever find this place, we would know just what to do with her,” the head, nurse commented

AK really wants to cover her face but cannot do so with her forehooves strapped. They continued walking along the shore for an hour before Spoiled was tired. "Okay, that's enough. Let's go back," she said.

With that, Spitfire and the others were led by their leashes back through the forest. Lyra was looking for a possible opportunity to maybe pull free of her nurse and try to run and hide. But she did not know when exactly would be the most ideal time.

“How much longer do I have to stay in this here messy diaper?” Applejack asked an annoyance. “It’s startin’ to itch.”

Spoiled was a little confused to hear that since she was sure they put on enough powder for them to be able to go a day without being changed, but she didn't mind it. "Good. It means that we get to watch more of your suffering. You are being changed right before bed as before and that is if you do what you are told. Otherwise, you'll have to wait until shower time tomorrow."
