Sassy saw what looks like a prison cell and saw the nurses holding diapers and a straitjacket. She was laid on the bed the same way the other patients were and was strapped in a straitjacket.

“Wait, but if that was not Rarity, then whom did they get? I thought she said that she was going to get Rarity,” AK said in confusion.

By the time the shower is over, Sassy is in a diaper and a straitjacket. She was rolled to the cafeteria at the same time everypony else was.

Sassy whimpered. She was hoping that begging would make them show mercy. That does not mean that she will be obedient. When they tried to insert the pacifier, she kept her head turned away with her mouth tightly closed. Then, to her shock and horror, the nurse used her magic to get her head to turn towards her and get her mouth to open wide. She could not longer resist the insertion. Soon, the food started flowing into her mouth.
