"Wow, that's messed up," Sunset remarked, before realization dawned on her, "Wait, you mean we're supposed to...?"

"Correct," Spitfire answered, "And there is no way out of it. Even if we try to resist, they'll just find a way to make us use them."

"I could go for a good card game," said AK

"But how will we make us use them? Can't we just use the bathroom?" Sunset asked pointing to the bathroom that is in the playroom. Sassy noticed and since she has to pee from all of this morning's water and from having breakfast before she got to the boutique, she rushed to the bathroom. "Can somepony help me get this diaper off?" Sassy yelled.

Sunset took a moment to examine her own diaper, and said, "I think these are specially enchanted so that the wearer cannot remove them herself."

"Oh, they are," Red Cross confirmed, finally moving a pawn forward with her mouth. "Another aspect of Spoiled Rich and Heart Luck's sadism."

"The rest of us have already been through this at least once," said Spitfire, "You should just give in and wet yourself, Sassy."

(Oh, I was thinking that they cannot get out of it because their forehooves are tied and there is a strap over their diaper that they cannot take off.)

"I... think I can wait a little bit," Sassy said, biting her lips.

"So, what game should we play?" Lyra said to AK.

(Those are ample reasons, too, but I figured Spoiled and Heart Luck would put in an additional safeguard, even so)

"Well, we actually have quite a few options," AK noted, "Monopoly, Chutes and Ladders, Yahtzee, the Game of Life..."

"I'm up for just about anything, long as it's challenging," said Spitfire, shuffling over.

"But I want to play something with these playing cards!" Lyra said, putting her hoof on the box of cards.

"I could do cards while I wait for the chess game to finish," said Sunset, making her way over to the green Unicorn, "Luckily, card games in the human world are pretty much the same as they are here."

Applejack then moved her knight with her mouth, her diaper crinkling all the while.

"Fine. Let's play a nice simple game of War," Lyra said. She dumped all of the cards out of the box and they scattered all over the floor. "Uh... how are we going to shuffle them?"

“We could start by turning them all over,” Sunset suggested, leaning down to use her horn to flip the face-up cards onto their fronts. AK and Spitfire moved to assist

"I am just going to swirl them around," Lyra said, using her hooves to move the cards in circles.
