Sassy, on the other hoof, was struggling to hold it in, fighting every inclination she had to wet her diaper.

Saffron had managed to talk Spoiled into having a full meal, and it was during lunchl when she was given the same proposal as the others. "So, you'll help me and my father promote our restaurant?"

(Maybe the fact that there are witnesses at this restaurant can play a role later. Some ponies will mention to authorities about how Saffron was last seen with Spoiled.)

"Yes, and it is for all of these bits in this case," Spoiled said, opening it in front of Saffron. "All you need to do is stay at a luxurious place with me for some time."

"Now, since the suits matter in this game, we need to make sure this deck is really shuffled," Lyra said. "Hey, Sassy! You could be relaxing here with us if you could just let go rather than deal with that pressure down there!"

"Sh-shut up!" Sassy said in desperation and annoyance.

"I could definitely use a vacation," Saffron admitted with a light eyeroll, "And now that my father's hired some additional staff, he should manage fine while I'll away."

Spitfire looked her hoof over, before she announced, "Yes, I have two cards I would like to replace."

Sassy continued to squirm all the while, much to the amusement of the nurses. "Shall we start the dripping noises?" one of the nurses suggested.

Spitfire discarded JC and 2C and got AC and 3C, meaning that she finishes with a pair of 3s. Applejack discarded the Queen of hearts. “I’ll take one card please.” To Applejack’s disappointment, she did not get a straight. She got a jack of hearts, finishing with jack high card. She knows that she will have to get extremely lucky to win this hand. “Okay, Lyra. How many cards would you want to discard?” Applejack asked.

Spoiled and Saffron were soon in the office at Spoiled’s home. “Okay, to finalize the transaction, I just need you to sign here.”

“I guess. I am getting tired of waiting,” one of the nurses said. Soon, the dripping noises started, making Sassy whine in desperation.

Lyra studied her cards carefully, wondering what her chances of getting either a flush or a straight were. Ultimately, she decided to switch out. Her three of hearts and seven of diamonds.

None of the others really had to go to the bathroom at this time, so they just watched as the dripping noise began to torment Sassy. Alas, the only way this way this would end would be with her diaper drenched.

Saffron looked over the contract thoroughly, though not too thoroughly, before she signed her name.

Lyra got A-2 in spades, so she finishes with a pair of queens with an ace kicker. “I’ll take 3,” Red Cross said. She got a 4 of clubs and a 9 and 5 in spades. She finished with three 9s, though she noticed that she would have gotten 9s full of 4s if she held the 4 as well. “Okay, AK, how many cards do you want?” Lyra asked.

Sassy is squirming around faster. “Oooh! Where is that noise coming from? Make it stop!”

“Okay, great. Now, we can go on this balloon,” Spoiled said. Some time later, Saffron was brought into the asylum and was locked in an inhibitor ring.

AK felt pretty confident as her hoof had two eights. There was a chance she could get three or four of a kind, if more than just one pair. “I’ll switch out two.”

Saffron put up a fierce struggle just as all the others did, but she was inevitably led to her own cell, where she was diapered and placed in a straitjacket just like all the others. “What kind of messed up luxury resort is this?!”

AK was dealt a king of spades and a 7 of club, finishing with a pair of 8s with a king kicker.

“I’ll take three,” Sunset said. Sunset was given a 6 of clubs, a 10 of hearts and an 8 of clubs, so she finishes with a pair of jacks.

“Well, looks like I have three of a kind, so I win,” Red Cross said.

“Oh, no no no no, please!” Saffron said with her eyes shut tight, feeling like she could burst any second now.

“It’s our luxury resort, Saffron,” Spoiled said. “Oh, and I bet that you would love to hang out with your friends. Come with us.” Spoiled placed her in a wheelchair and rolled her to the playroom.

“Good one,” said Spitfire, as she and the other mates returned their cards to the pile. “Okay, how about somebody other than Lyra shuffle this time?”

“I’ve got you covered,” said Applejack, extending her hind legs and using them to mix the cards up. Years of bucking trees had made her quite crafty with her hooves.

Saffron gapped in shock as she saw the seven other mates in the same situation as her, diapered and straitjacketed. This was made even more distressing by the fact that one of them was struggling not to use her diaper. That was when she realized their padding was not just part of the dress code. “Why…?”

"It's not relevant why," Spoiled replied. "Now, have fun with your new friends." Spoiled then left and locked the door.

Sassy whined as she couldn't hold it anymore and a hissing sound could be heard coming from her.

Soon, Applejack dealt the cards:

Spitfire decided to keep her pair of 5s. "I'll take three, please." Spitfire was given 10 of diamonds, ace of clubs and queen of diamonds, so she finishes with a pair of 5s with ace kicker. She is hoping that no one has a higher pair.
