As soon as Saffron and Sassy saw the pouches and feeding tubes, they were gagging. “Please don’t make us eat out of those,” Sassy begged.

“There are no pleases in this asylum,” Spoiled said.

“I could have food, water, and bedrolls brought out here,” the senior nurse proposed, “As for the bodily functions issue, take a look around. Nothing but wilderness. Unless you’d rather use the method reserved for the inmates…”

Saffron glared in disgust. “As a restaurant owner, I would like to complain in the strongest possible terms of this.”

“They aren’t much for constructive criticism,” AK informed her.

Sassy and Saffron resisted the pacifier the same way the other patients but it always ends up in their mouths. Sassy and Saffron are feeling for the first time some crushed up food flowing into their mouths.

The senior nurse decided they could at least leave the area unattended for that long. After all, the facility was still under full surveillance, and anypony else who got near would be spotted at once.

"That's it, foals; eat it all up," Heart Luck cooed as their mouths were pumped with the semi-solid sustenance. What the prisoners did not know was that each of their meals had been laced with a laxative. The amount varied, depending on when each mare had had her last bowel movement. Heart's goal was to make them all void their bowels at the same time, like a symphony of farts.

Saffron looks like she wants to tear up from this gross experience. She couldn't even separate herself from the feeding tube with her forehooves restrained to her chest. Soon, the feeding was over and they noticed large pouches of water being rolled in.

"Drink up, all of you," Heart Luck bade the captives as they were given all that water once again, "Right now, we've only got one wet diaper between the eight of you." Her gaze fell upon Sassy at that moment, who blushed furiously. "That's going to change very soon."

Sunset was actually amazed she had not wet herself yet, as she not used the bathroom since before she returned to Equestria.

Hearing Heart say that made Saffron and Sassy give more muffled screams and shake their heads faster. Soon, all eight of them were rolled back to the playroom. “Oh, and by the way, they make you do some kind of torture to earn getting a change, and they deny you a change if you refuse to complete the torture,” AK warned.
