Game Show Style RP?
A broad idea that I've had that can work in a multitude of different ways
Firstly, a competition style along the likes of say, Survivor or Big Brother, but with obviously babyish themes to it. We each take...let's say, seven characters (though we don't need to play them all at once, obviously) and make them participate in challenges, voting out each other to eventually get to a final winner for a prize. A lot of potential here, I think.
Another could be a simpler idea, like a Wheel of Fortune or Hole in the Wall style. Not so much that specifically, but just in the sense of a "single episode" game. We could even do multiple "episodes" of it for a "season" so to speak.
