And, oddly enough, the primary offender was not Emperor Zarkon or any of his vassals, but from within her own court. Namely, her adviser Caron and her own nanny tended to coddle her and undermine her authority.

Allura always wanted to be on the frontlines and pilot the Blue Lion. But she was being restrained at all times. Though she fought back and frequently struck out on her own, the tactics to hold her back were escalating.

It had gotten to the point where Nanny realized more than a spanking would be required to keep the princess in line. She would have to employ a new, albeit similar approach.

As a result, she'd started putting Allura back in diapers, and making sure everyone knew about it and that it humiliated her publicly. Allura could hardly believe things had gotten to this point, as she found herself being yanked along for a change in a very poopy nappy.

Nanny actually pulled her by the ear, scolding her as she would an actual toddler. "This is for your own good, Your Highness. If you would only see that, this would go a lot easier."

Allura winced loudly as she was then placed on the changing table.

Nanny strapped her down by her wrists and ankles so that she could not fight back, and she began to undo her very full diaper.

Allura shivered at the feeling of the wipes on her skin.
