Ryan smiled as he placed the clothes on his bed, helping his brother out of his wet pull ups and clothes. He wasn't sure about seeing him naked, but he didn't pay it no mind since he will often do this things to him if he wants to be a full baby. He smiled and puts his undies on him, pulling it up, next he puts him in the overall, placing the straps on their proper place and securing it nicely.

He giggled a little as Ryan poked his tummy. “I am pretty hungry.” He agreed, hearing his tummy growl. He was shocked as Ryan easily picked him up and put him on his back. He broke into a giggle fit as he realized he was getting a piggy back ride. He hadn't had one in years! He was already enjoying being a little kid again.

Ryan smiled and placed his arms across his brother's butt, supporting his weight so he won't fall off as he started to make his way to the kitchen. "What do you want to eat for breakfast baby bro?" he asked as he walks around carefully not bumping to any obstacles.

He was surprised as he felt his brother support his butt, but he quickly got over his shock. “I want pancakes.” He decided after a moment of thought. He hadn’t had them in a little while, and he was really in the mood for them. “Can I have apple juice with my pancakes, please?” He requested, being fairly thirsty as well.

"Of course you can baby bro." he smiled and soon enough they reached the kitchen, putting his brother on the kitchen top as he gets the ingredients he needs for the pancakes, he got an apple juice from the fridge and gives it to him. "Here you go baby bro." he said as he ruffles his head a little bit and starts to make the pancake batter.

He sat patiently on the kitchen top, swinging his legs absentmindedly. “Thanks RyRy!” He chirped taking the sippy cup of juice. He took a drink, savoring the sweetnes. He st there in silence wanting to make conversation but not knowing what to say. “You sure you’re okay with all of this?” He asked wanting confirmation that his brother didn’t mind doing this for him.

Ryan finished the pancake batter as he readies the pan and turning on the stove, placing the pan on top of it. As he waits for it to heat up, Ryan heard his brother asked if it was okay to him, he smiled and turned to him. "Of course it's okay with me Tom, after all, I always wanted you to be my baby brother and I mean it literally." he said as he cooks some pancakes.
