"You will obey me," she ordered. "Come find me in the ghost zone," she told him as she left, leaving no trace she was there.

The sweet music played by the ghostly guitar affrcts his human half. He wakes up with his eyes glowing differently than normal. He climbs out of his crib and slowly walks down the stairs heading towards the basement.

Danny, Jazz and their parents were busy and did not notice Mundus leaving. None of them had any reason to go to the basement and none of them noticed Ember. Not to mention that since Munuds was lightweight, he made virtually no noise as he walked down the steps.
