She had been going on in a panic, not even knowing what the other two girls reactions where. She bowed her head in apology and stayed like that until she heard something from either girl.

Mari and Meijo exchanged looks. The vice-president was sympathetic to Hana and her look clearly pleaded to forgive her, while her boss was extremely displeased.

"Well, I am, to say the least, confused by that explanation. Are you in an elemenatry school?" Mari asked very sternly. "Couldn't you excuse yoursellf for a minute or hold it untill the end of the meeting?"
"Hana-san... do you have a problem with your potty training?" Meiko asked in a worried tone. "It's the third time already..."

Hana started to tear up a little "N-no I don't." She said sniffling "I'm really sorry, I've been shameful. Please forgive me." She said trying to hold back tears. Reality had finally hit Hana like a brick wall about how stupid her revenge plan was. Here she was embarrassing herself more just to make up for embarrassing herself. "Please forgive me!" She repeated "I won't let it happen again!"

Mari sighed. "I do not want to expell you, Hana. I appreciate you as the Concuil member... But I hope you understand that such accidents are absolutely unacceptable for one. And after a number of such accidents in a row I simply cannot trust your word on it."
Meiko shifted from foot to foot unsurely. "Um... Mari-sama..." she moved closer to the president and whispered something to her ear. Mari gasped and flushed a bit, but then nodded.
"I think that is fair. Hana, we want to keep you in the Concuil, but we cannot have you wetting yourself on public. So, if you want to stay with us, we need to be sure there would be no accidents. So... are you ready to wear diapers?"

"D-diapers?" She asked a little scared and confused. She didn't want to have to do that, but she realized that there wasn't another choice. This was her fault and hers alone. "Ok... I'll wear them. Thank you for your generosity." She said still a little embarrassed by the thought, but glad that she could stay at member of the council.

Meiko gave her an encouraging smile, but Mari still looked strict. "Vice-president Meiko would be in charge of your diapering. She'll check you and cahnge you if needed. She also has a full authority to discipline you however she sees fitting and encourge your potty training. Meiko, you have to be strict with Hana, all right?"
"Um, yes, Mari-sama."
"Good. Then, hana, you clean that disgusting emss and then go with Meiko to the shower. I'll take care of ordering teh diapers and all teh needed supplies" the president finished.

"Yes Ma'am!" She said firmly. She went right away to cleaning her mess, not even worrying about herself. As she mopped it up she started to think a little. About how everything had gone pretty good all things considered, she only needed to wear diapers until she proved they weren't needed. Hana finished mopping the floor and looked over twords Meiko "I'm ready for the next step." She said firmly, wet spot still very visible on her.

"Good. Let's go" Meiko nodded, once again holding Hana's elbow and leading the way. Fortunately, the private bathing chamber was very close to the Student Concuil office. Once inside, Meiko helped her friend to undress, for the second time in two days. This time before throwing them into washing machine she pushed hana's wet apnties and shorts right to her face. "What a shame! Isit better then excuse yourseld to the toilet?" the vice-presidnet scolded, makking sure the blonde girl felt the smell. Once teh wet clothing was finally in the washing amchine Meiko undressed as well, sweaty as always, and led Hana to teh shower...

Hana was surprised by her soilded clothes being put in her face "Yes, I'm sorry for acting like a child. I'll be more responsible and go when I have to." She said as the dirty laundry is still in her face.
Hana followed Meiko to the shower, still ashamed of herself. She was still embarrassed to be seen naked, especially since she doesn't shave down there. "So how long do I have to be in diapers without an accident before I'm allowed to wear panties again?

Meiko turned on the shower, washing the piss off Hana's legs, butt and privates, before soaping her palm to clean the blondie properly. She had never used washing cloth, as Meiko usually bathed Mari, who, in vice-president's eyes, deserved the most tender treatment. And now Meiko was gently rubbing hana's shoulders, back, small breasts, tummy with her slippery, soapy hands...

"It's up to the presidnet to decide. I'd say at least two weeks in a row, to be sure." she answered while doing it.
