They did it a week ago or rather he did it a week ago, Victory over those weak purebloods that believe that old fool knew best and believed inclusion of Mud-bloods was good. Voldemort admittingly had more then the reasons he told his followers on why he wanted to rule, truth is he isn't against mud-bloods well he is but not as bad as he acted as he is one even in this current body that was fashioned for him. The thing is he is against the ones who are stupid and taking over among a lot of other things to the point he believed this world would someday be foolishly revealed to the muggle masses from them and muggle-borns, plus other things on his reasoning.

He had a week ago even sent a letter to Minerva sure he doesn't agree with the womans views and side that was taken in the war but the woman was fair and only cared about what she viewed best for the childern so he can respect that and wanted to offer something as a token of that respect for the years the woman had taught him and seemed to be on more for children's best interests then any side . That letter and offer being somehow reach a agreement to hand over the muggleborn Hermione Granger. Sure he could use the data the girl has been withholding no matter what even now but nothing has worked to get it, the girl is a smart one even finding ways to prevent the truth potion and mermory taking/coping from yelding any usable result and this without magic . That's why he decided a week back to offer this deal and it seems the woman has finally agreed to hash something out with him so he is waiting to meet the woman somewhere pleasant but private so they can talk and the like


Bellatrix smiled at the fact she had keep her niece safe ,sure it came at a cost for her niece but its better then the alternative atleast in her mind given how twisted and stuck in the past this wizardly world chunk is its no surprise, well that and she is sorta unhinged by the wizarding world standards. Granted her 'pet' as she had been calling Tonks has been resistent to the truth of the purebloods so she had fallen back on the methods the family tended to use to punish wrong doings and expel any none pureblood beliefs out of those of Black linage . Today will be different though as she wondered down to Tonks 'room' with breakfast and the other implements meant to get Tonk to be a proper member of the wizardly community and be seen as a pureblood. Sure she could have say a house elf or someone feed Tonks but she sees no use in that . Still she unlocked the door to the room she confines Tonks in to be meet with a surprise of Bellatrix own thoughts changing abit towards Tonks from odd thoughts on why she is going so far


Narcissa wasn't pleased at this whole 'caste-system' put in place on humans atleast in the matter it is really as she may believe in the pureblood dogma she still believes in human rights to a degree anyway as she has always seen Muggle-borns and to a lesser degree half-bloods below purebloods but she believed at worst they be treated with only specific kind of jobs open to them and restricted to other areas and maybe lesser quality items in most things, Yet even most purebloods that defied Voldemort are put in the caste-system its unknown if those children of that pureblood group would be aswell. Despite that she has been using Luna only when unavoidable when it comes to servant matters otherwise she tends to either let Luna be to the girls own devices so long as its within the bounds of the situation the girl is in or has sorta been giving odd orders more and more each day ones to make Luna relax and be with her,hell even has given orders to do things a mother and daughter would do together the last few days.

Minerva looked through the various letters she had received and written from and to Voldermort. It hadn't come to a shock to her really that Voldermort was talking to her and offering her something in return. Minerva didn't like the outcome of losing and didn't like the fact that Voldermort was in power but now that the war was over there really was no point in fighting against the man unless she wanted to cause trouble and she really didn't want to cause trouble considering what could happen to her and others around her. The best thing to do was allow the tide to change and wait for when the time was right to strike but that depended on when the time was right and if striking was such a good idea at all! Until the tides change again and look favourable she was willing to be civil with Voldermort and talk to him.

Minerva made her way down the street and pass several stores until she came across a quaint cafe that wouldn't be to busy or overcrowded at this time day, "I believe I have booked a room." stated Minerva causing the barman to look up and nod, "Upstairs, first floor to the left." replied the bar man.

Minerva nodded and took her leave going up to the first floor and towards the private room where there would be no intrusions. Minerva took a seat by the window where a table was laid out with various tea's, coffee's and snacks. It was twelve PM and she knew that she was an hour early but she didn't care and always preferred being early to every meeting and occasion! Bad timing was something she didn't improve of and something she wished she had installed in Potter otherwise the war might of turned out differently.


Tonks didn't know how long she had been stuck in this 'room' but she felt tired, worn out and hurt. The chains around her wrists, ankles and neck were tearing at her flesh and she felt dirty from not having a bath for so long! Tonks breathed in and out trying to stay calm but it was hard, hard to hold onto her sanity with the knowledge that Bellatrix was here! Tonks felt like a failure for being trapped and not escaping! It was killing her! Tonks thought often about her mother, Remus and the son she had miscarriage during the war efforts and how she should of done more or could of done more to help and save people but she hadn't! What kind of a witch was she? She couldn't even protect those who were closes to her but she refused to cry and show any signs of weakness! She wasn't going to give up at all no matter the amount of pain and suffering she had to go through even if that meant going insane herself! Tonks took another deep breath to calm herself as she heard footsteps and lifted her head only to wince at the light pouring in only to see Bellatrix.

Tonk eyed the witch carefully only to see food and instantly her stomach growled loudly causing her embarrassment. Tonk's hadn't been eating her food recently having decided that it was better to starve herself in a bizarre protest of sorts but that wasn't working to well for as she stared at the food in hunger before looking up at Bellatrix, "What do you want?" snapped Tonk's harshly looking more like a street orphan then someone related to Bellatrix.


Luna hum'd to herself quietly while she toy'd with a couple of paints that she had been allowed to have and was busily painting a landscape portrait of Malfoy Manner. It was going to take sometime but she didn't mind really! It was a good way to relax and she wanted to give the Malfoy's a present of some kind for being so kind to her! Luna using the blue paint started with the sky and smiled a little and hoped that it would turn good! She didn't want it to be bad at all but she hadn't painted in such a long time and whenever she had painted in the past other students would come and ruin the paintings with hex's or normally would write mocking things all over her artwork.

Luna paused and placed her brush down for a moment feeling upset. Hogwart's was suppose to be a time of joy for everyone but she didn't have a good time at the school at all and normally stayed with Hagrid helping with the animals instead of building friendships with other students. Luna sighed and held up the paint brush to the painting but she didn't really feel like painting now! Maybe a walk would help clear her head? Luna getting up walked out of the room and into the room Narcissa was in, "Miss," said Luna, softly, "would it be okay if I wonder the grounds, please?" asked Luna politely with a soft smile while staring at the various portraits on the wall with a bright eyed look.

Voldemort himself had been surprised Minerva had even wrote him back one letter! Let alone all the ones done and in almost completely respectful matter,even asking about more funding for the students and staff at Hogwarts ! Which he honestly had granted right away the funding matter as he had early one was trying to see what record books was doctored and see which places he deemed in needed of funding. Which funny enough almost every place he had sent what should have been and more to those places , Granted his only stipulations for the funding to Hogwarts was to get a real history teacher and the case of any teachers he didn't care if they was none human, a pureblood, mud-blood or muggleborn so long as the teacher was alive aswell as knowing the damn subjects and can teacher proper,he went so far as to explain why he didn't care which is he wants children well educated . While the other stipulation was to either return the old custums to Hogwarts and remove these newer ones or have the older ones equally celebrated along with the new as he hated how traditions and celebrations they should celebrate or ways they do was overshadowed by newer ways and new age holidays

Still he has little care for politics and funny enough the arriving early moral while disproving of lateness unless a valid enough reason is given had stuck with him albeit his displeasure was rather sadistic when shown yet he came in at about a 5 minutes late and ironically was avoiding eye contact with Minerva for well he still has memory's of how the woman used to be for him being late to class, detentions and special events so its a old instinct from when he was still a student ,yet finally he made eye contact ''Sorry I'm late Minerva you know even a none corrupt Mister of magic gets a lot of hate and duty, So factor that in with my reputation and new laws you get busy and attacked even if the latter I can't blame the masses for''Voldemort himself was being honest yet trying to smooth over the fact he was late. Though instead of ministry clothing he has clothes matching his old Hogwarts house color scheme as he felt for this meeting it would be fine to do

She still hates how she hasn't had one herself and she probably can't now given not just her age but all her health and mental troubles from her time around those Soul Sucking dementors that stole away most of her happy memory's . Maybe she can find a way to treat Tonks like a infant or small child? Might be worth looking into if nothing else

Minerva wasn't impressed by Voldermort's lateness at all but she wasn't going to point it out or tell him off because she understood very well what he was saying and nodded her head accepting his excuse but that didn't stop her from giving him her famous stare that would cause many a students to look at her with fear or guilt but she had always been rather stern. Minerva was a little taking back by Voldermort, "Thank you," said Minerva, "I'm willing to take the vow whenever you are ready," continued Minerva only to pause, "I do appreciate you doing this and helping to rebuild Hogwarts." added Minerva not wanting to seem as if she was blowing Voldermort off but it was a hard matter for her because she didn't like to lose but she wasn't unreasonable and she hated being rude, "Maybe you can take a look at the classes when your not busy?" offered Minerva keeping her upright posture.


Tonks glared at Bellatrix but after months of fighting and protesting she had become tired and while she continued to put up a fight it wasn't what it was and she couldn't deny that her resolve was breaking or was it already broken? And she was just holding out because she had no idea what to do next? Tonks stayed quiet eyeing the food and then Bellatrix before looking away at the dirty floor beneath her. Where was her voice? Her temper? She wanted to shout, yell and fight but she felt sick and ill, she felt alone and loss down here! She should be with Remus holding there child in her arms but she wasn't and that was never going to happen. Why couldn't she fight? Her wand wasn't with her and she had no idea where it was but did that really matter now? Tonk's weakly lifted her head up again but refused to look Bellatrix in the eye, "Okay." whispered Tonk's quietly as she tried to move a little but the chains were heavy and seemed to grow heavy with each passing hour she had spent down here to the point that she could barley move because of how weak she was.


Luna looked at Narcissa with a slight smile, "I just don't want to intrude Miss..." paused Luna, "Narcissa," paused Luna again, "I just want to do whatever pleases you and not get in the way," said Luna with a smile, "I would love to be in your company but only if you want to, "continued Luna twirling a piece of her long blonde hair around her finger, "I've been told I can be a bit of a bother at times by other students and I don't want to bother you," continued Luna, "oh? I would love to see some creatures I haven't seen many since Hogwarts," said Luna, "I used to spend all my free time with them unless I had something to do or if I needed to find something," paused Luna before looking at Narcissa with a charming that could easily put Lucius to shame, "I do have a question if you don't mind me asking," said Luna, shyly, "but how do you know my mother?" asked Luna walking over to Narcissa slowly, "It's just that I don't know much about her besides what my dad used to say and what little I remember about her," continued Luna, sadly, "I miss her a lot but I know she's happy," giggled Luna with a bright smile, "because I'm here with you." added Luna with another cheerful smile.

Voldemort did shift like a student would so the woman still has got the skills to bother adults with that stare adults atleast former students anyway ''Feel free to tell me off teachers are one of the few people I give passes to on their actions to me so long as its truth and not slander'' Voldemort offered as well a odd thing about almost all his anchors being destroyed had brought him back to sanity for a unknown affect of Anchors to the living world is the more you make the more insanity you bring yourself ''Despite what most would assume I do not wish to suppress knowledge unless it is negative for children to have access to especially seeing as some knowledge can make you go insane from using the spells but not stated in the books or not clearly ,so children education is important to me but not the knowledge of those that drive them insane'' Voldemort smiled at the appreciation statement and offer

Minerva listened to Voldermort and nodded, "Well considering the effects that had been put onto you by splitting your soul I'd image that you would revert back to your original appearance," replied Minerva sipping her tea, "the students will become even more afraid of you if you don't visit them," stated Minerva, "I think they would feel less threatened if you could possibly teach a lesson or two? Allow them to socialise with you a bit in small groups," suggested Minerva, "and maybe have a student there that they trust as well but only if you have time to do something like that because I can imagine that your rather busy sorting everything out," continued Minerva, "but the best way to be seen as doing no harm is showing that you aren't and hiding yourself from them will only create more fear and backlash," sighed Minerva, "there are plenty of students, present and previous still in capture who the students look up to and can trust," paused Minerva, "some of them are bright and can calm the other students down and help ease you into there lives." explained Minerva finishing her cup of tea.


Tonks glared for a moment at Bellatrix before opening her mouth and accepting the porridge, "Mhm," mumbled Tonks, "mom's told me a lot already before she died about the Blacks," grumbled Tonks glaring a little bit at Bellatrix, "and about you and Narcissa." add Tonks her voice rough and dry as she ate her porridge and listened to Bellatrix, "A child?" questioned Tonks in disbelief, "Why would I ever agree to be a child? I hated my childhood." added Tonks with a frown, "I'd rather stay down here." grumbled Tonks turning away from Bellatrix in a stubborn manner and folding her arms across her chest with a slight pout that even a five year old child would be jealous and impressed of.


Luna was a little taken back by what Narcissa had said, "Sixteen," mumbled Luna, quietly, "I nearly forgot how old I was," giggled the blonde, "I guess that still makes me a child and I haven't even completed school," sighed Luna, "but I'm fine with not completing school." added Luna with a slight smile only to be taking back again by what Narcissa had said, "Your the first person beside my father to ever say something like that," paused Luna, "most people find me annoying," mumbled Luna only to smile brightly, "thank you Narcy," paused Luna, "I didn't like watching people fight and die on either side," admitted Luna, "I just wished everyone could get along but being here with you is the happiest I've been for a long time and the only time I ever remember being this happy was when I was with my mother helping her out before the experiment happened." sighed Luna looking away from Narcissa with sad eyes, "It doesn't really matter that much, really," paused Luna, "they would call me names such as Loony because I was able to see things that they could not but that's okay they just didn't understand and my belongings would go missing from time to time but...." paused Luna again touching her neck, "it's okay and I don't mind they just didn't understand I just wished they hadn't thrown my mother's necklace down the well." admitted Luna feeling rather upset.

Tonks frowned deeply and glared at Bellatrix for a moment. Tonks had a level of sympathy towards Bellatrix to an extent but she wasn't willing to say it, "I didn't like Hogwart's that's all." snapped Tonks having a short temper that could possibly rival Bellatrix's own, "Whatever! I don't care!" shouted Tonks annoyed her hair changing colour to match her emotions. It wasn't something she had control over when it came to her emotions and that only annoyed her further. Tonks turned away from Bellatrix and folded her arms across her chest without care. Tonk's knew to an extent that she wasn't being smart about this but she was stubborn and she didn't know what to do at all! She doubted Bellatrix could give her anything good at all! Luna giggled and smiled brightly at the kiss having missed comforts like that to the point it almost caused her to become tearful, "I miss being held by my daddy," replied Luna softly, "he would carry me a lot especially across large patches of water." added Luna with a soft smile, "He died though," mumbled Luna with a slight frown, "but I know that he loved me." added Luna quietly. The word 'daddy' wasn't that odd for Luna really and it seemed to roll off the tongue easily for her but she only said it cause Narcissa had said the word otherwise she would of never thought of it.

Luna giggled, "I guess not but I don't think many people want to get to know me," said Luna, "the only friend I had at school was Harry really and he wasn't so much a friend," admitted Luna, "more like a acquaintance but he was the only person who seemed to understand at the time even if we didn't get to talk much," continued Luna thoughtfully before smiling brightly again at Narcissa, "I'd rather stay here then go back," replied Luna, "besides my daddy you've been the only other person I can consider a friend and not an acquaintance." added Luna before smiling, "Thank you!" squeaked Luna wrapping her arms around Narcissa and hugging the older woman only to blush and let go quickly, "S-sorry I shouldn't of hugged you!" exclaimed Luna feeling embarrassed and shy, "Considering our positions but I'm really grateful for everything that your doing for me," continued Luna only to smile again, "I could bake a cake for the picnic?" suggested Luna with a shy smile at Narcissa.

Minerva thought for a moment, "Most laws you have pass or have gotten rid of were old ones that needed to be gone," replied Minerva, "I understand everything has to be done a certain way and that purebloods, halfbloods and muggleborn won't all agree with another but if a halfblood or muggleborn show great talent and is able to surpass in any of there classes even above purebloods then there skill and knowledge should not go to waste," continued Minerva, "they should have opportunities open to them and there should be a scheme to allow them to enhance those skills I doubt you want to be wasteful of whatever opportunities they could bright to our world." added Minerva.

Minerva looked at Voldermort with a stern look, "Trauma is still trauma," stated Minerva, "no matter what had happened the consequences for many children would be the same as they are now," replied Minerva pausing, "the only slight difference is that they aren't being put in the hospital to be locked away and treated forever for government funding," paused Minerva, "and to not be seen in public because of what happened," continued Minerva, "I can show you a few old reports from the hospital that I've managed to gather all thanks to Miss Lovegood in her second year that were deemed loss," continued Minerva, "I couldn't of handed them in before for various reasons and mainly for Miss Lovegood's safety along with a few others who then helped to decode the reports." added Minerva with a small sigh.

"That's all fine I expect that most would require them especially the children," replied Minerva, "even with some of the more extremist views that the pureblood community have I would think that they would be understandable enough not to abuse any children after what had happened," stated Minerva, "I'm not really shocked many of our items are not as good or well-equipped as muggle items," replied Minerva, "technology in this world is very slow and be thankful that Miss Granger's suggestion of guns did not get through at all or otherwise it would of been a very different battle," continued Minerva, "we might have magic but that doesn't mean we are strong at all." added Minerva.



Tonk's glared harshly at Bellatrix, "No!" shouted Tonk's loudly in anger, "Because I was nothing more then a fucking freak at that sc...."

Tonk's screamed loudly the moment Bellatrix hit her with the curse and collapsed onto the floor and breathed harshly her under-fed, unclean and weak body full of pain. Tonk's could feel tears build up in her eyes but she refused to cry in front of Bellatrix while her hair turned an odd shade of dark blue highlighting her pain currently and her pain from school. After a few minutes Tonk's wasn't able to control herself anymore and started to cry softly from the two types of pain she was feeling. It was unbearable and she could feel disgusting vile raising up in her throat and almost a moment later she was throwing up the food Bellatrix had brought for her. Tonk's with all her strength moved away from the vomit and Belltrix towards the wall and laid down her back to Bellatrix as she tried to breath in and out steadily. Tonk's hated how weak she was right now but it still wasn't as bad as her memory at Hogwart's when she had been a first year and it was only her second day! A few students took a disliking towards her and had gone as far as to take her deep within in the forest before leaving her but not before leaving her with a broken foot. It had taking a couple of days for her to find a way out but she had managed! Tears rolled freely down Tonk's face while her body shook with sobs from the memory and the curse she had been hit with still lingering but she couldn't help feel that spark in her the spark that always led to trouble, "Was that it?" snapped Tonk's, "What next going to leave me the forbidden forest for an entire week." added Tonk's with a lot of attitude in her voice but she had just exposed one of her worst fears to Bellatrix in an attempt to piss the older witch off but just as quickly Tonk's became scared and wasn't sure what to do, "S-sorry." stammered Tonk's not sure what she could say to Bellatrix but she prepared herself for another strike none the less for her short temper.


Luna smiled at the offer, "If it isn't a bother I would like that very much," replied Luna shyly, "thank you that means a lot," continued Luna feeling a range of emotions as she tried to think through them, "I guess in a way that makes you my second mommy," giggled Luna slightly, "sorry that might be stepping over our boundaries," continued Luna looking at Narcissa with bright eyes only to frown a little, "school wasn't the best for me but it wasn't the best for others either," replied Luna, "I know for some it was a good though to escape from abusive households and I'm glad that they managed to get away for sometime," continued Luna, "daddy and I always sent letters back and forth but one day he stopped," paused Luna, "I thought something had happened but someone had stolen the letters he sent to me that was hard to cope with," continued Luna, "because beside him and a few teachers no one wants to bother with me," paused Luna, "loony was my nickname." added Luna before smiling again at Narcissa and hugging her tightly.

"It'll be a lot of fun," replied Luna, "it's time consuming but it's really relaxing and it's a great way to bond with another person." added Luna with a smile as she continued to hug Narcissa.
