'' Never in a million years will I call you mom,mommy, mamma or any variant willingly'' Hermione said defiantly despite everything and seeing the diaper her eyes narrowed '' Hopefully you get the muggle insult meaning of 'you witch' and of course I hate it'' Hermione then sguirmed as she felt strange life her magic is reacting to how it did before she was old enough to train it but instead of trying to come out her skin it seems to be speeding through her digestive track '' And I'd rather prints then sold colors you. '' Hermione didn't specify as she let her mind be open to her one obsessive interest in mlp show in her mind while locking eyes with Bella if the woman wishes to see into her mind for such childish things as Hermione is trapped that interest would come out sometime

Hermione whined and soon felt a pained pinch in her chest nothing major but she isn't sure what it was, all she knows is it hurt and wasn't an organ nor a muscle that she can tell anyway and that was soon followed by her got feeling like she had to go from her magic making its way for the first mess in the diaper .

From liquid diet potions, to rituals that would break the girl's core forcing her to leach off of what her body decided was it's mother till eventually her core redeveloped. There was of course other options.
