I've use bananas before and it simulates the messy feeling really well without actually having to mess yourself. You don't have to worry about the smell.

I have heard of this before but never tried it. Does pouring warm water in your diaper count? I doubt I would want to eat anything after putting it down there, but you never know until you try.

Why not try good old fashioned mud? I know I'm going to when I get some more diapers. I've used bananas before, and they do give you a nice squishy feeling that can be compared to actually messing your diapers. At least with mud you don't need to waste food, and you can get the color and preffered mushiness with a little practice.

I have tried it with bananas...too sticky.

Ice cubes are something I have tried and I bet no one else would try it.

First off if its a wet diaper it will give it a more clammy/cold feeling and also gives an erection if done right.

If its a dry diaper it might actaully kill your arousol.So be warned if your gonna try this trick.

I would never eat anything from down there.Sorry I'm a hypocondriac...lol
