When Hearts Collide (private)

[AB Avery]

Alithyra groaned. She was sitting in the dark corner of a tavern, slowly sipping her mead. It was really loud in there though, and it was bothering her half elven ears. She watched as her current traveling partner, the famous swords woman Eynne Elkalyke was showing off her skills in front of everyone. It was humorous to her however, as despite the girls skill with a blade, it was a suprise if she could even lace her boots properly in the morning.

[Ryuko Matoi]

Eynne was standing on a table, telling grand stories, only which half of them were true. The girl was swinging her claymore around, standing tall and proud. Her blonde hair waved around, and her long coat made her look intimidating to all but the half-elf. In her second hand she had a tankard of ale, which she had drank a few too many of.

"And that -Hiccup- is how we beat the great dragon of the frost peaks!" she muttered, almost losing her footing on the table underneath her.

The crowd clapped in awe and whooped and hollered. "Awesome! You are so amazing Eynne!" Someone shouts
Althiyra sighed at her drunken partner and stood up "Alright, we need to get going." She grabbed the swordswomans hand and dragged her out of the tavern, making sure to raid some purses as she made it through the crowd to pay for their drinks. "You really can't hold your liquor" she scolded the young woman as thry made it back to camp

[Ryuko Matoi]

Eynne squeaks as she was pulled back. "H-Hey! Al -Hiccup- I was getting to the b-best part!" she mutters, getting dragged back by her partner. She yawned a little too. "I can hold my liquor... j-just fine... -Hiccup-... that was just n-no ale..." she added to this.

[AB Avery]

"If you say so, but we have a long day ahead of us and I won't be hearing about the hangover you have. And try not to wet yourself in your sleep" she said in a condescending tone as she went ahead and got in her sleeping bag, not really wanting to deal with the drunken girl at the moment. Sure, she honestly wasn't much more coordinated or any less dependant while she was sober, but at least she could think straight

The girl groans, but quickly passed out in her sleeping bag. The girl was an easy sleeper, especialyl when tucked in.

She would sleep until late in the morning, before she woke up. She was not too shabby at surviving after a night of drinking, so she was mostly fine.

Alithyra was of course already up and had some eggs cooking, waiting for the girl to awaken and has some water boiling as well to freshen it "Sleep well?" She asked as she turned the eggs over. Due to her elven heritage one if the things that Alithyra found most useful was just never having the need to fix her appearance or anything in the mornings. She always looked beautiful, her hair was always straight and looked freshly brushed, she never looked sleepy or anything, wounds healed fast and rarely left marks. It was quite a boon

The girl rubbed her eyes. "Ugh... What even happened... did I booze too much again?" she asked. The girl sat down on the tree stump she had sat before and yawned. "Fuck this is hard... I am not a morning gal" she said

[AB Avery]

"Yes, you were so drunk you nearly fell off of the table you were telling your story on and could have impaled yourself with your claymore had I not stepped in" the half elf replied in a slightly annoyed tone. She got out some plates and placed an egg on it then handed it to Eynne.

The girl nods. "Thanks Al..." she said silently. She looked at the elf as she ate, most of it ending up on her face. She blushed. "Look... I know I kinda screwed up... but it can't have been that bad" she mutters
