Emph, to start recruitment, there are usually two ways (three with one being combined) one is to go to the rp recruitment section on the forums and say what you want to do an rp about
Example:
I want to do a cute rp on golems, anyone want to be apart of it.
Now you play the waiting game and I say wait a few days, maybe bump it to see if someone else wants to see it until you get a reply.
Example:
Yeah I'm up for it, golem's Rock.
From here you discuss the rp with this person who replied and what you want to do. You can also do this in groups where you may find the people who are interested the most in what you are looking for.
Example
The golem group, perfect for fans who love rocks.
Another simple one is to just talk to someone who has done other role plays that you liked and see if they would be up to role play with you. Then you basically do the same thing and discuss the ideas till you start.
Remember you can look at the recuiment section yourself to see if anyone has any RPs you would like doing.
Finally to start an rp, go to the role playing section under forum and click 'create thread' then just make a title and a start the rp's plot.
