Seras sighed, stepping in before Gabby could have her fill. "Snack time can wait for a bit, alright? It would be in poor taste to eat her leftovers, and I wouldn't want you to drop your guard when a killer's on the loose," She calmly explained.

She knew reprimanding Gabby wouldn't work, as the girl was still too mentally young to understand why her mummy was upset. So, instead, she tried to patiently explain why she shouldn't give into her hunger every chance she got.

Either way, the body was still very fresh, and so Seras carried on. Tracking the scent of the prostitute not unlike a blood hound. It had taken her awhile, but she'd realized that every person's blood smelled somewhat different.

And that difference would lead them to their Jack.

Gabby followed along, they knew she had a heightened sense of smell, so Gabby would be useful if Seras somehow got thrown off the trail. Gabby looked around sniffing. So many people, she can get a hint of their blood, but there was a scent of blood outside of the body, and it was a good pint or two. It smelled so yummy Gabby licked her lips.

"Did you pick up a new lead, sweetie?" Seras asked, making sure to keep her wits about her. They weren't one hundred percent on just how powerful this vampire was yet, so she didn't want to risk an ambush.

Gabby did pick up the scent in a different direction. She runs for it, wanting to get a bite as well.

Seras shook her head, giving chase after her daughter. She really needed to think up a good way to keep the young vampire's appetite in check. Especially if the blood was potentially contaminated.

Actually, why would a vampire target prostitutes? You're just asking to get an STD at that rate, She thought, realizing rather quickly that whoever they were dealing with was highly irrational.

Not to mention, they're spilling quite a bit of blood. That's a waste of food, especially if they're sucking them dry. Gabby goes over into an alleyway and looks around. "Aye love, I think you're in the wrong part of town." Woman in a tight dress with a jordy accent says. Gabby sniffs her over "Whoaw there! That's gonna cost ya quite a few pounds." This is not who they're after. But Gabby still smells the scent around this area.

"That's going to cost you, you say? So, that would make you an 'escort', then?" Seras asked, trying to be polite about the prostitute's profession. "And Gabby? To my side," She ordered.

"Anyway? Call it a woman's intuition, but I've heard stories of 'lovely ladies' going missing around these parts. And, I think you might be their next target," Seras said readying herself mentally and physically for what would come next.

Gabby skips to her Mummy's side. "You a cop, look if this is one of those scare tactics or wha' eva' it's a bit rubbish don't ya think?" She says throwing a cigar aside. Then suddenly a figure drops down and grabs the painted lady and yanks her away jumping to the buildings above. "Thewe!" Gabby points.

Seras promptly gave chase, springing onto the building as she readied her blood-arm. Of course, she made sure to take Gabby by the hand before this. So as not to leave her behind and risk her contracting a horrible illness.

The figure runs scross rooftops as Seras and Gabby give chase. Gabby smells the blood of another vampire and wants to eat so badly. She bursts in with her Mommy hanging onto her. She hisses at the figure as they're jumping across rooftops.
