certainty is nice but the outer is cloth like and I'm not sure if that's fine. Discreet though.
Disposables are a bit hard to move around secretly though. I think investing in two thick cloth diapers would be a bit better as long as she doesn't use them while wearing. It would be easier to hide for longer periods of time. Most likely she wouldn't be able to use diapers often even if she had them so that would mean wasted disposables as they eventually bunch up.
Now either she could go authentic or simply order some large pins and buy a good soft towel from target or something. It all feels the same if you fold it right.
But if she wants good plastic backed diapers, tell her to research local pharmacies, scour thrift stores or good will and such. Some pharmacies are known to carry attends or first choice, an economy brand.
