The Idols' Final Shot (w/ Shirayuki)

Mana managed to find 5 yen before the group was called to the table. So she stopped her search and went up to Ms. Tomoko, curiously eyeing the bags. Li-Hua followed suit, looking over everyone's shoulders at the back.

"Now girls, I know that things haven't been looking up for us. And for that, I am to blame, and I am truly sorry. But please, allow me to rectify my failings with this new idea!" Ms. Tomoko smiled, "Drumroll please~ dadadadadadadada~" she reached into the bag and pulled out the contents inside. "Ta-da~!" she said. It was a package. A package of adult-diapers. She set the package down and tore it open, pulling out a plain-white diaper and holding it out to the group. "Here it is! Our new gimmick!"

"...Wha?" Mana asked, her expression frozen in a confused smile.

“Ooh! What is it, what is it~” Neneka giggled as she stood next to her and the package in front of Ms Tomoka… before she pulled out what was inside and set it on top of the table “Huh? Are these… diapers?” The short girl asked, though more of curiosity rather than malice.

Yuriko was half suspecting something stupid already, but that wasn’t in her list of things that she thought she’d do “What?” She repeated akin to Mana, not fully understanding, while Hwa looked on the packages of adult diapers in front of them silently, though with a rather embarrassed red face as she looked on.

"Yep! Your new gimmick! Diapers!" Ms. Tomoko said, "You know, like babies." She paused a bit, looking at the girls' expressions and frowning a bit. She was expecting a bit more enthusiasm from the girls. "Hm?" she hummed before she thought she figured out what was wrong, "Oh! Yeah, I also thought they looked a bit boring-"

"Um, boring doesn't even begin to describe-" Li-Hua wasn't able to finish before Ms. Tomoko pulled out some other items.

"So I bought stickers for you girls to decorate them with!" she said, holding out sheets of stickers, some flat, some of the 3d variety all with cute shapes and things.

"...Wha?" Mana was still confused. Ms. Tomoko did throw out wacky ideas, such as 'dental hygiene idols' that one time, but this was a level of bonkers of unforeseen proportions.

Li-Hua just looked at the diaper in Ms. Tomoko's hand. She tried to speak up, but honestly, she was at a loss for words. Her mouth was open and yet she couldn't find the words to voice her thoughts. She closed her mouth and waited for someone to speak up.

“Ooh~” Neneka was probably the only one of the group that wasn’t completely stunned by what their manager was proposing. In fact, she actually seemed rather interested in it as she picked one of the pieces up and inspected it with her hands “I haven’t worn one in years! So will we all be wearing them on stage?” The girl muttered as checked out the package, before looking towards the stickers “Ah, I think these stickers should be suuuper cute when paired with the diapers~”

“So, let me get this straight.” Yuriko cleared her throat as she stared at their Manager incredulously, blinking a few times “You want us, as a group, to wear adult diapers!? Did you think about this at all???”. She wasn’t even mad, really, she is just so bewildered on how Ms. Tomoko came to this conclusion of all things possible.

Li-Hua's neck snapped towards Neneka, her opinion definitely not being the group consensus. Yuriko had the right idea though, and Li-Hua was able to find her words again. "Ms. Tomoko, with all due respect, this idea isn't good at all."

Li-Hua took a diaper and held it in her hands, "For one, the thickness of these things will certainly hinder our dancing."

"That's not the main issue!!" Mana cried out to Li-Hua.

"Right, right. They are also, quite frankly, embarrassing, and I will not be wearing them" Li-Hua said.

Ms. Tomoko beamed at Neneka, ready to gush about the idea with her, but it seemed Neneka was the only one on board. "Well, for the first part, I don't think it will hinder your movements that much. And we can always tweak some moves if there are any moves you girls can't perform. And as for the second part, I think you'd all look darling in them."

“I think it’s pretty cute! If you want, I can try one on for the rest to see?” Neneka offered, completly oblivious to whether it would be embarrassing, humiliating or the like - much to the dismay of the rest of the idols. “Come on guys, it’s not that bad~” She giggled as she turned to the rest of the girls “It’s a lot better than the other ideas that Ms. Tomoka had put out - and she’s right!”

“I-If you guys are going to wear them… um, I’ll wear them if you guys are… I’m okay.” Hwa meekly muttered behind them, though she didn’t exactly seem too into it given the expression on her face as she’s looking at the packages of adult diapers.

“You guys can’t be serious…?” Yuriko muttered under her breath as she shook her head, prancing up and down the room, occationally sneaking a glance at the packages of diapers “You’re asking a group of practically adult girls to wear diapers!?”

"Aww, thank you, you two," Ms. Tomoko said, placing her hands atop Neneka and Hwa's heads.

Li-Hua just stared at Neneka and Hwa with her eyes narrowed. She frowned, why did Ms. Tomoko have to open the package? Now they probably can't refund it.

Mana took a few moments to realize that she was the one who had to break the tie. Two people were going to wear them, two people were against them. Mana frantically looked between the two groups. "Uh... um... ah...., I guess if Neneka and Hwa can do it, I can too?" she squeaked, noticing Li-Hua's glare at her.

"Fantastic! Well then, Neneka, you first?" Ms. Tomoko said. She knew that once Neneka volunteered, others would likely follow. She was like the glue of the group.

"Ah, sure...?" Neneka nodded... though really, she didn't know too much on what to do "Um, so to wear them, how am I supposed to actually put them on?" The girl curiously asked as she took one of the countless diapers from the package as she turned to Ms Tomoko for help.

Yuriko sighed rather... aggressively as she watched Neneka so quickly suck up to Ms Tomoko. I mean, seriously, adult diapers!? For an idol? She just couldn't fathom it at all, and from how this is going... is she going to be forced into them as well? She had half a mind to just leave the common area right now, but she knew she'd look terrible to the other idols

Ms. Tomoko held out the diaper for Neneka, before retracting her arm. "Oh? Do you not know how to put it on?" she asked. "If you can't put it on, I can help you into it if you wouldn't mind," Ms. Tomoko offered.

Li-Hua would have to agree with Yurika, "Ms. Tomoko, if I may, we also brainstormed ideas that may be better than this one while you were gone," she said, "For example the gimmick can be playwrights, artists, poets, and essayists like Walter Horatio Pa-"

"Li-Hua, is this that idea with those random dead guys again? We already went through this, trust me, the higher-ups will shoot that idea down," Ms. Tomoko interjected, causing Li-Hua to drop it.

'Random dead guys?!' Li-Hua's shoulders drooped at that comment.

"I don't... but I wouldn't mind some help!" Neneka beamed as she held out the diaper in front of her to Ms Tomoko "Sorry, it's just not something I'm used to..."

"In truth, i'd reckon there's a bigger market for diapers than people that care about history." Yuriko groaned, somehow agreeing with Ms Tomoko if even for just a bit "But still! There has to be something that isn't this!?" No way in hell someone like her would be caught wearing an adult diaper, right?

"Come on, it's not that bad, it's just a diaper!" Neneka insisted, before gesturing towards Hwa, who more or less turned away, not wishing to be part of the conversation "She agreed to this too!"
