Spike who was on Twilights back couldn't help but watch Nightmare as if expecting some trickery to take place, regardless of what Celestia said that Nightmare wasn't bent on taking over anymore.

She laid her sister in her new bed, which ha rails on the side, just a precaution, and smiling, began singing a lullaby she hadn't sung in centuries, one she had sung whenever her sister was sleepy

Nightmare upon hearing that old lullaby sung felt shock that Celestia still recalls that lullaby that was originally there parents creation for her while theres one for Celestia aswell. But Nightmare was shocked that Celestia cared to recall that song''Thou remembered''Was about all Nightmare got out before her eyes closed and drifted off into dreamland having the first time she has sleep peacefully with a good dream in centuries

"Of course I did." Celestia laid a gentle kiss on Nightmare's cheek. Pulling the blanket over her sister, Celestia summoned a sleeping bag big enough for two. She and Twilight snuggled into it, and slept.
