he nodded and walked her out of the shop befre he spoke "It is true, we are not the only one looking for it, as the pieces remaining could very likely fetch a good price on the black market, so we want to be discreet, and not talk about it too much in public spaces" he explained as he walked up to the gate and hailed to the guard to let them out

As they would soon find themselves outside of the gate, Giuss looked around some more. "So, do you know how I can help you out a great deal with this?" She asked him. "Trust me, you'll be surprised, but I want you to guess." Her tone was smug and she even had a little strut in her step. Obviously, her little "secret" made her feel good about herself

"Well, obviously not by keeping the secret" he said as a joke and chuckled a bit "But I would assume with help dealing with the traps inside of the crypt" he said

She shook her head and gave a light chuckle. "Nope... I actually have a bit of a tracking ability. Traps aren't exactly my expertise, but I can detect exactly where we need to go if we're close enough. That's it though, so don't expect me to pull any miracles." She said in a somewhat cocky tone.

he rolled his eyes at that but nodded "Well, that should still be useful to the journey" he said as he started heading towards the mountain as it would be a few hours walk up into the snowy peaks before they would near the crypt where the gem shard was supposedly kept covered

She had no quarrels with him for the entire journey. He may have gotten lucky as she really didn't seem like the type to complain about little things. Even when the cold began to nip at what little of her skin was exposed, she didn't complain one bit. Uncomfortable, yes, but not terrible by any means.

Eventually, she seemed to perk up and look around for a moment. "I think we're getting close to where we need to be." She said, but now she seemed a little more cautious about things. Mainly because, as they got closer, she began to grow more and more wary about any potential threats.

Pilus had put on a scarf and put his hood up to help cover him up from the cold winds and snow blowing around on the mountaintop as he looked to the harpy "Do you know where we need to go exactly?" he asked as he on;y knew they were in the general area, but was unaware they were also being followed

"Well, we're still a little far from it, so all I can tell is that we need to go a little further up form here. Then we probably have to step inside some ruin." Then she looked back at him and asked, "Any specific signs we should look for? That will make this much easier for the both of us."
