It's been so long (A question regarding fan-fiction)

I haven't written anything here in a very long time, and when first I wrote for this site I had a significant amount of help from a far more talented author. (I'll edit this initial post later to give credit where it is due.)

My question is as such: Must every work of fan-fiction be anime related, or can I also upload one of many "Helluva Boss"/"Hazbin Hotel" fan-fictions I've written?

I've just finished my series on FA. And so now I'd like to share my work here.

Apologies if it's a stupid question. I know the answer should already be obvious.

EDIT: It was Mistress who helped with my 'Soifon The Abandoned' story. Really 'help' isn't even an accurate way to describe it. She made the story. It would've read like trash if not for her heavily editing everything.

Technically, there's nothing in the Forum Rules against members posting fan fictions that are not anime, animated cartoon and/or diaper related. The only guidelines that might possibly apply towards fan fiction submissions are perhaps found in the "Roleplaying Rules" section of the Forum Rules (i.e. - Characters cannot be under the age of 18 and be in a sexual situation). Unfortunately the Fiction Moderator who is in charge of the Fiction section of the site, Mistress, hasn't visited this site in more than ten months so there isn't any authoritatitve figure who specializes in fan fiction that can really offer a final decision as to whether or not any such fan fictions should be allowed. If you wish, you can try asking Arukan, another Fiction Moderator here for his thoughts on the matter. He last visited this site on January 27, 2022. In Mistress' absence, from an administrative standpoint; the next person up in the staff heirarchy who can make a final decision on this matter would be LittleLiam117, one of the Global Moderators here. You can try VM/PMing him for a definitive answer. AFAIK, he visits this site daily.

If fan fictions that do not involve anime, animated cartoon and/or diaper related are found to be permitted then you could "submit" (Via thread posts with links to Google Docs in the Story Reviews section, a method approved by Mistress. See post #6 in the following thread -> here) your "Helluva Boss"/"Hazbin Hotel" fan fictions and see the resulting collective reception given towards them by the rest of the members in our community. One thing though, you have to consider the given audience - It's safe to say that most of the members here are mainly interested in anime, animated cartoons and/or diapers (That is not to say that none of them would be interested in fan fictions that do not involve any or all of those genres) so the collective reception, whether large or small, good or bad, that you receive from the community here towards those fan fictions might not be the one that you were anticipating.

Thank you for your input, Sir/Ma'am. I have reconsidered my position, as the stories I spoke of earlier involve a scene between an eighteen year old, and a seventeen year old. And I also portray copious amounts of drug-use.

I really went all in on the aesthetic of 'Hell', in my stories. I mean, I feel like they're truly lovely and poetic. However, I realize I have my biases.

Either way, if anyone here feels so inclined? You can find these works on Furaffinity. Written by a user (me) named 'TheDarkPreacher'.

Now! Onto the nitty gritty! I've been working on a One Piece fan-fiction. All my stories involve diapers... I've even written an OG Thunder Cats fan-fic with diapers. As absurd as it was.

And now I'm attempting something truly ambitious! A series of One Piece fan-fictions! Toned done drastically from my prior series of work, of course.

I call it "Shuffle Piece!", and I will be finishing the first entry by the end of the month (I assume). I hope you enjoy it. Though, admittedly, the diapers are an afterthought. At least at first. It's a story, less focused around sex, and more around my love for Eiichiro Oda's work.

I'll be posting it here, first. I'm not so good with the technical side of writing, but I am very passionate. I love writing emotional scenes, so this one should be fun. If only a bit unprofessional.

Apologies for taking so long on this, but I've been meaning to ask how to post my One Piece fan fiction on here. I seem to only be able to post under 'categories', and I'd rather not attribute my work to other authors.

Is there a place where I can more freely post my work? And do I need to copy-paste it, to upload it?

You can create a thread in the Story Reviews section and in your thread, post links to your story which is posted/uploaded on Google Docs. Read the second paragraph in my previous post - What I mentioned there could also apply to "Shuffle Piece!" since your story involves diapers.

I haven't used Google Docs for awhile. Any chance I can link to the original on FA? It's an RTF file, so it'll need to be downloaded to view.

Of course, the story is marked for adults, so some may need to create accounts to see it...

That's a decision that only Mistress or someone higher up in the heirarchy like LittleLiam117 can make. Technically, what you described is possible but you'd still have to get administrative approval from either of the two mentioned persons before proceeding. AFAIK, the only approved method, by Mistress, for posting a story in lieu of the exisiting "text reformatting [into a giant block]" bug is to use Google Docs. Or I guess that you can continue with what I see that you did - That is, create a thread in the Story Reviews section and insert the entire text of your story [part(s)] inside the thread. I hope that this helps!



BTW - IMHO, you could use smaller fonts - The size of the text makes it look like the text is jumping at me but that's probably just me with my 20/20 vision.

What if I were to share out my username on FA? i wouldn't be providing a link. And, although it would mean driving some (Not a lot, I'm sure) traffic away from this site, it may prove less of a nuisance than my creating a separate thread for each of the five chapters.

Ultimately, you would need to discuss all of this with Mistress or LittleLiam117 (Although I was offered a position in the past, I'm not on the staff. I unfortunately don't currently have the time in my shattered life to spare for the responsibility). You can PM or VM either person, though LittleLiam117 would probably give you a faster response since AFAIK, he visits this site daily whereas Mistress, sadly, hasn't visited this site since March 14th, 21 (Hopefully, she will make a one year "anniversary" visit sometime this month).
