Jak held her bunny close to her and already had tears in her eyes having not been separated from Tess for a while had caused her to feel anxious. Jak looked at Erol and the rest of the members in the court.

Erol cleared his throat, "Your honour," said Erol, "what you see before you is not a girl but a boy that had been touched by dark eco and old technology," said Erol, "Jak is dangerous because of the dark eco running through her body and it is this eco that the metal heads crave," continued Erol, "we have all seen what dark eco can do haven't we?" stated Erol, "Jak has also destroyed property and attacked various guards throughout the city and has been destructive to everyone's lives," continued Jak, "This....this thing!" shouted Erol, "Is nothing more then an animal and is no better then Kor," continued Erol with a smirk, "do you think it's wise to have such a thing in our city when its abilities even surpass Kor's? What happens when it suddenly decides to go against us? We barley survive Kor!" added Erol smirking even more as he tried to raise everyone's fears.

Jak stared and clutch her bunny while tears ran down her face. Was she really like Kor? Or even worse then Kor? Was Erol right? Jak whimpered and hid her face in her bunny and tried her best to get under control, "Mama." whimpered Jak softly into the bunny's head before looking out towards the crowd and looking at Tess with her tearful blue eyes and scared expression.

Tess never wanted too hit erol more than she did right now. THen she sighed and surprisingly too everyone it was keira who stood up. "Oh yeah look at what a horrible threat she is crying into her plushy and begging for her mommy... Are you serious look at her." she pointed too the crying girl "and she saved all of our asses we wouldn't be here without her" she said angrily

"order order." the man called angrily keira was made too take a seat before the man turned on the little girl "now what is your response too these allegations Jak?" the judge asked sternly

TEss was restraining herself too not run up and take the little girl into her arms.

Jak was trying her best to stop crying but it was difficult and was trying her best to stay calm! Jak looked over at Keira in shock as tears continued to flow down her while she kept holding her bunny tightly against her face. Did Keira just say that? Was Keira standing up for her? Why? Erol was going be pissed didn't Keira understand that?

Jak looked up at the judge with bright tearful blue eyes, "I...I-I-I..." stammered Jak fear running through her veins as she tried to think of a point to argue but she was scared and she didn't like being in a box! She didn't like seeing Erol standing proudly with a smirk on his face! It reminded her of the prison. Jak hiccuped loudly and rubbed her eyes with her hand, "I..." whimpered Jak but her anxiety, stress and fear had gone through the roof! Suddenly a loud hissing sound could be heard and the front of Jak's dress started to grow wet while Jak shivered and hid herself more into her bunny, "Mommy." whimpered Jak, loudly not knowing how to deal with the court at all.

Erol stared at Jak, "She doesn't even try to deny it." stated Erol with a smirk trying to hold back his laugh the moment Jak had wet herself in front of everyone.

Tess was pissed and finally she pushed herself into the middle of the floor "Your honor you can't be taking this seriously look at her she's petrified" she pointed too the horribly terrified and distraught "don't you find it odd that the big powerful monster is letting you yell at her and pissing herself in fear" she asked sarcastically "all you're doing is traumatizing and terrifying a little girl who's scared of losing her mommy." she cooed going over and picking jak up out of the box and rubbing her back "shhh baby it's okay mommy's here" she cooed lovingly.

she turned with the girl in her arms. "Look at her she's not a monster she just wants too be left alone." she cooed "how can you look at her and see her fear and think anything else?" she asked rhetorically.

Jak stared upwards at Tess and watched as the older blonde came forth. Instantly Jak reached out for her without a care that she must of looked silly for being so needy of Tess but she really couldn't find herself caring about anything else besides being in Tess's arms right now, "Mama." whimpered Jak clinging to Tess and shivering in her arms while she hid herself as best she could against Tess hiding her face into her shoulder while she cried. It was hard to calm down and she couldn't and started to weep more and more loudly out of fear, "Be good, promise." whimpered Jak loudly unable to think of anything to say to the judge.

The judge stared at Jak and everyone gathered. Members of the Underground and the political party opposition were staring at him with cold eyes while Count Veger and his political party currently in power were staring at him aggressively and urging him to move on while Erol simply glared at Jak.

The judge sighed, "The court will decide what is best to do," said the judge, "we will discuss the case and give our verdict in two hours time until then court is dismissed." added the judge ignoring all of Tess's questions otherwise it would of landed him into a minefield!

Jak clung and sobbed onto Tess not letting go while Erol waltz up to the both of them, "Poor wittle monster," mocked Erol placing his hand down onto Jak's head roughly and quickly in a harsh manner causing Jak to quickly cry out in pain, "Ha! I thought it would of healed up by now! Your pathetic." added Erol before walking off to join Count Veger.

Jak whimpered and held her head in pain. Erol had touched a scar that had caused her problems in the past and one that always seemed to be in pain no matter what when anyone touched it roughly!

Tess growled at the man holding JAk close "bastard" she muttered rocking the girl in her arms gently going to get a new outfit "AM I allowed too change her or are you bastards worried she'll go phsyco and hurt all of you?" she said angrily kissing the girl's forehead and walking toward the bathroom SHe changed jak into an adorable white dress and put the old pink one into her bag.
she slipped a pink pair of panties with a bear on them up the girl's elgs and they were back amongst the court room.

THe judge exited "Given young jak's current condition we cannot banish her from the cite. the older man stated firmly "However it's been settled that as a precauaution jak will be made too wear a colour too subdue her and every guard will have a remote. for the protection of the citezens" he stated firmly as a guard came out with a simple looking little black band with a couple wires and a red dot In the middle a powerful shock collar and sealed it on the tiny girl's neck

A guard gave a remote too tess "as her primary caretaker this is for you're own safety" he said mechanically. Tess growled in fury throwing the remote too the ground and stomping it into a million pieces. "I don't need protection from her none of you do" she stated kissing her forehead "all you'll do is drive her too be the monster you all think she is... a collar wouldn't have stopped kor and if you keep pushing it won't stop her either." she said sadly rocking the tiny girl lovingly

The judge grumbled "as another precaution there will be obligatory check-ups for jak with erol. to assess any risk.... tess as the girl's guardian you are also obligated too oversee these checkups" he said finishing off with "court dismissed"

Tess carried the girl out too the car and just held her.

Jak clung to Tess not letting go at all as she cried, "I'm scared." whimpered Jak while being rocked and hid herself against Tess and her bunny as much as possible. In the bathroom Jak relaxed a little while getting dressed into her new dress and clean underwear. Jak giggled a little at the teddy bear finding it cute and it made her feel a little better! Jak looked up at Tess and held onto her again not letting go as they went back into the court room.

Jak hated being back in the court room and being the centre attention again. Jak stared up at the judge and whimpered loudly when the collar was put on her, "I p-promise I won't do anything I don't want a collar." whimpered Jak crying again the moment the collar was placed firmly on her neck. It felt tight and reminded her of the one's in prison and she couldn't help but fear that this was one would be similar or an upgraded version.

All Jak could do was whimper and cry at this point, "I'll be good," whimpered Jak, "no shock," continued Jak putting her fingers to the collar, "I'll listen..." continued Jak breathing heavily remembering her time in the hands of Erol and the Baron, "be good dog." whispered Jak softly her mind stuck in the past.

Jak broke down worse then she's ever done before in front of everyone clinging to Tess and not letting go. Jak wouldn't calm down for another thirty minutes as she sat in Tess's lap in the car, "Mama," whimpered Jak, "don't like collar," hiccup'd Jak, "had one w-w-when I was held by Baron," stammered Jak, "hurt a lot then a-a-a-and Erol used to make me beg to get shock or I'd get something worse." admitted Jak curling up against Tess.

Erol frowned at the verdict hating that the court hadn't banished Jak but at least he could still mess with the monster but before that he had another matter to attend to, "Keira," said Erol grabbing the blue-haired woman's wrist, "what the fuck was that?" asked Erol, "You acted as if you cared for that monster!" shouted Erol in rage only to see Jak crying and curled up against Tess, "Want to see something funny." laughed Erol activating the collar.

Jak screamed loudly in pain as her body shook with a jolt of electricity causing a lot of people to wince from how loud the painful scream was. Jak cried harder and become more scared and anxious of everything.

"You're not a dog you're a beautiful little girl and I love you" she cooed kissing the girl's temple and glaring at everyone in the court room completely furious with everyone.

Keira slapped the button out of his hands "You can't keep doing this erol maybe she is dangerous but look at her she's broken she won't be hurting anything ever again." she stomped on the button "I can't keep doin this erol we're through and if you even think about shocking her again I'll end you" she said storming off

Meanwhile Tess tried to comfort the little "shhh mommy's here sweetie" she cooed lovingly "I'll make it all better" she cooed affectionately kissing the girl's forehead and driving them back home luckily Tess lived far enough away from the main part of the city if anyone pressed the button randomly it wouldn't go off. she took the girl inside and she brought the girl upstairs and ran a bath lowering both of them in too relax. Tess knew the girl wouldn't want any food and she didn't wanna cook but maybe she could comfort the girl and feed her all at once.

"sweetie mommy has an idea" she cooed affectionately "I know you're probably sick to you're stomach and scared but maybe this'll help." she cooed guiding the girl's mouth toward her nipple "drink up baby." she cooed sweetly.

"What the fuck bitch!" shouted Erol in anger, "Don't you walk away from me! And don't you ever tell me what to do you eco loving freak." snapped Erol in anger picking up the remote from the ground. He would need to fix it a little but he would get his time with Jak. It was a requirement but that also meant he was stuck with Tess!

Jak clung and sob not letting go of Tess at all as she shook completely in fear of everything around her. The only person she didn't fear at all now was Tess and a few other's. Jak whimpered fearfully when the bath was run and they both got in but relaxed when nothing happened and she felt no pain. Jak rested herself again Tess and looked at her with anxious blue eyes, "I'm really scared mama," admitted Jak, "do you think Ashlein might be able to do something?" asked Jak quietly wanting the collar off.

Jak looked at Tess curiously and nodded a little only to be surprised to have her head guided to Tess's nipple! Jak accepted Tess's breast openly and started to suck softly enjoying the newfound comfort it brought her and how close she was with Tess now. The milk calmed her down a lot and she felt good for a change but she also felt tired! Jak slowly closed her eyes and fell asleep suckling on Tess's nipple.

Tess smiled as the girl fell asleep suckling and smiled lightly taking the girl and drying her off she slipped the girl into her fluffy pink footed pajamas and brought her too her room upstairs she tucked the girl under her arm and rubbed her back setting the girl's raddle next too the bed for when she woke up. before going too sleep holding the tinier blonde closer.

the next morning Tess woke up first but she thought it would be bad too leave jak alone at all. so she slowly shook the girlawake and gave her the raddle before putting the girl onto her hip. "breakfast time baby" she cooed lovingly "did you like mommy's milk last night sweetie?"
