Dilan chuckled, as lunch was being served, a small soup for Lumaria, which made sense. Dilan sighed, before pulling Lumaria into his lap and taking the spoon, moving the bowl so it was in front of him and Lumaria, and attempted to spoon feed Lumaria as he cuddled the boy.

Lumaria rested his head wearily against Dilan's shoulder and opened his mouth. The fever was taking a lot out of him, and he had no real fight left.

Dilan smiled as he started to spoon feed Lumaria, much like a daddy or mommy would do for their baby, and Kira smiled at Lumaria. Ienzo was still giggling a bit.

If anyone were to give Lumaria a real close look, they would notice his eyes were slightly glazed. Even easily noted this and looked slightly worried. "Hm. He's delirious... That explains a lot, actually." He soaked a washcloth in cold water and laid it against the boy's forehead. Mari whined slightly at the cold touch, but made no move to indicate he even knew where it came from.

"Huh? What does it explain?" Kira said before holding his head in his hands. "If I hadn't cast that spell, he wouldn't be in this mess!" Kira groaned, as he still blamed himself.

"Actually, he probably would." said Even. "The magic traces I can feel are not just from your spell, Kira. They also indicate a rather powerful Thunder was cast on him a bit earlier." John frowned. "That Arlene girl again? I don't see why Mari follows her around." Lumaria lifted his head weakly. "Mmh..." he whined, before slumping again.

"I don't know either... she's rather mean..." Ienzo said. "Although it was funny when Kira threw that web onto her..." Ienzo said next and Kira giggled. Dilan helped Lumaria up again and continued to feeding him, once after he had fed him, he gently rocked the boy much like a big brother or father.

Lumaria curled up against the larger man, still whimpering slightly. John smiled as he saw Dilan with his son. "Even, you know as well as I do that he can't be transported like this." he said. "Can you..." Even nodded. "Of course we'll keep him here, mister Whitefern." Marianne nodded. "Now... where's Jailinda, I haven't seen her all day?"

"She's sleeping... she got a bit exhausted protecting us from a man who could manipulate fire, earth and lava..." Kira said, not remembering who Avaros was exactly since his memories of the Juuni Jikan were locked. Dilan was gently humming a lullaby, trying to soothe Lumaria.

Lumaria's eyes closed and his breathing evened out as Dilan hummed, dropping off to sleep. There were footsteps in the hall and Jai emerged, obviously freshly showered and with her hair done up. "Ah! Mother, father, you're here!" she exclaimed. She was wearing a dress of soft pink instead of her usual purple, and the way her hair was done up showed off the strands of her hair that were still the rosy color of her mother and brother's. She noted Lumaria and smiled softly, moving to hug her father.
