Alfea school of fairy magic, where fairies learned their craft in a school of safety where they could be protected against those who would do them harm, such as the witches of Cloud Tower, the monsters of the forest, and dark wizards. However, a small number of them were royalty, such as the cursed fairy Daphne, and her sister Bloom, as well as the other fairies Aisha and Stella, but unlike those two girls, it wasn't obvious she was royalty, this was because she was potty trained. unlike Stella or Aisha, both girls still wore and used diapers regularly due in large part to diapers being the status symbol of nobility or royalty.

Right now, Bloom was actually being invited over to have a little heart-to-heart with Stella, her best friend among the other students, and as well as among their little sub-group, the Winx Club. She was making her way to over to the princess of Solaria right now.

Stella was in her dorm room, wearing her trademark shorts and tank top, though neither did anything toward hiding the girl's diaper. But Stella didn't ever hide the fact she was a diaper princess, to her, diapers were something all royal princesses flaunted proudly, so when she learned Bloom was a princess she was shocked that Bloom wasn't in diapers. Being a princess was all about showing off that you were wearing diapers no one else could afford, it was all about your diapers making who you are and what you are, diapers were, after all, part of the outfit all princesses were expected to wear, and so Stella had to have a "chat" with her best friend and in some eyes, co-leader of the Winx Club.

Bloom arrived and entered. "Hey, Stella, I'm here." She felt both somewhat amused and puzzled by the fact that her best friend wore diapers, as it was a lifestyle that she'd never even considered being a part of. They took a seat, in chairs facing each other, and got ready. "So, I'm kinda curious, why exactly do you wear and use those? Doesn't it feel somewhat strange relieving yourself like that?"

"Oh Bloom, your innocence is so cute sometimes, but I use them because I'm a princess, you would too if you know, Domino hadn't been frozen over like a summer time dessert" Stella said. "You see Bloom, it started way back in some old time not even I know about, but it sorta went that princesses like you and me, we didn't have conform to what our subjects did. The whole toilet training thing, it wasn't for us because our lives were decided for us, we'd spend our entire day learning to walk just right for other royalty. Learning to speak just the right way so we'd sound just right for them and our parents, not to mention what silver ware was to be used for what sort of meals. You know, all that boring princess stuff, and since it didn't leave time for bathroom breaks they figured they'd just let their daughters stay in diapers for the sake of efficiency" Stella described. "Long story short, it's tradition, and if things had gone different for your royal family and those evil witches hadn't done what they did, you'd be wondering why anyone wouldn't be wearing diapers" Stella said.

Bloom was certainly quite surprised and taken in by all that. "Well, you're certainly right about one thing, if I'd been raised into it, I certainly wouldn't question it. That said, it's just, well, kinda strange to me at first glance. I'd never even considered doing something like that before in my life." She was at least a bit heartened to see the way that Stella carried herself even with wearing padding. "I take it that your parents have been quite happy to take care of you in this way?"

"They'd freak out if I wasn't wearing a diaper at all times when I'm at home back on solaria Bloom" Stella replied, "I already told my mom, and she is surprised that you're a princess" she says. "Well Bloom, you're a princess, your life is only going to get more complicated from here on out, because like it or not, once we restore Domino, you've got a kingdom to run, and that's a lot of hard work" Stella says.

Bloom sighed. "I never thought about it like that before. I honestly wouldn't know where to start in that regard. For the longest time, I never even had any idea that I was even a fairy. A lot of it I'm still trying to get used to. So, I guess you would know better than anyone what I have to do in order to fit in and do things right." She gave a wan little smile at Stella. "So, I guess I'm putting myself in your hands right now."

"Bloom, I can only give you advice, what is expected on your world may or may not at all be similar to what I experience on Solaria, if I were you, I'd talk to Miss Fairagonda, after all, she's probably old enough to remember what royal life was like on Domino. Either her or miss Griselda, but maybe we have something on Domino Royal regulations in the library somewhere" Stella says.

"All right, I guess I'll talk to Miss Faragonda about what I should do." Bloom was about to leave, but then she thought of something. "Um, Stella? You don't happen to...need a change, do you?" Bloom wanted to ask just be helpful and not appear rude, but she personally wasn't looking forward to the idea of having to change Stella if she asked.

"Yea, I kinda do" Stella replied as she checked her diaper finding it soaking wet, but that was absolutely no surprise to the fairy of light. After all, she was diaper dependent for a reason, she was a princess, and any good princess was supposed to be diaper dependent right?.
