Nicole Simon sat on an examination table who's padding had long given out, in a small doctors exam room which was entirely too cramped. She was already nervous and the time waiting in such a confined space had only made it worse for her. She shivered once again and tried to rub her arms, not appreciating that they had left her in a cold room wearing nothing but a paper hospital gown. That and of course a disposable diaper. Shuffling in her seat she cringed at the combined crinkling she decided to look at the diplomas on the wall, wondering if this Dr. Woychowski would finally let her out of the mental hospital and back to work.

Dr Irma Woychowski is a tall woman with red highlights in her raven black hair which sometimes gets in her eyes. Her green eyes sparkle as she begin to read the chart and take not on Miss Simon. She begins her examinations by having Miss Simon lay completely still so she can check her eyes, ears, nose, and throat. "Miss Simon I will need to run a full battery of tests on you to determine if you are fit to teach, and even when you are cleared you will be confined to diapers for stress relief."

Nicole had been calm during all of the tests and tried her hardest to control her nervousness, but when she had heard the woman's response she could not help but agitatedly ask "What?! I thought you were a psychiatrist not a medical doctor. Where's Nurse Gwen? She can tell you that there's nothing wrong with me...physically." Noticing that she was suddenly sitting up on the table and the way that Dr. Woychowski was looking at her she released her grip on the table's padding, sighing before saying "Look isn't there sme pill I can take or something so you can sign me out o the mental ward. I just wanna put Disney World behind me and teach, I'm a good teacher."

"I have degrees in many areas Miss Simon, however, once I clear you teach again you are required to wear diapers for stress relief, and if you keep arguing I can make it so you need diapers." Dr Woychowski smiles a very motherly sort of smile while finishing up the tests and she calls Nurse Gwen in to calm Miss Simon down. Nurse Gwen looks at the chart, then she signs off where she supposed to, and goes to get the rest of the paperwork.

"B-But I don't want to use them! It's just the last doctor gave me these stress reducers or something and they make me a bit...you know incontinent." said Nicole in a bit of an ashamed tone as she fiddled with the hospital gown around her diaper area.

Nurse Gwen returns with the remainder of the paperwork, also a slip for the medical supply store near Miss Simon's house for diapers and more of the stress relievers. Dr Woychowski announces with a big grin "You will be cleared to work after the fall holiday is over, and by my calculations you will be wet soon, the good news is you can still use the toilet for bowel movements."

"Th-That's good I guess," said Nicole in a shy voice, "I'm guessing you know about me and poop from the files." She looked down as she said this, ready for the ministrations of the powerful looking doctor before her. Suddenly she felt a warm wetness between her thighs as the diaper's padding expanded and she knew that the doctor was right about her wetting.

Nurse Gwen checks the diaper seeing that is quite soaked lays Nicole down and changes her into a fresh diaper. Dr Woychowski begins to help Miss Simon to finish the loads of paperwork for her to go back to work, next she announces "You may still end up losing control of your bowels, though right now you may recover thanks to the stress relievers, and without them you would be out of work."

"Thank you Gwen" she said with a smile as she lifted her bum to let her put a fresh diaper underneath her, hoping the doctor did not notice the small tattoo of Mickey Mouse on her left butt cheek. Sitting up she helped finish up the paper with the doctor, with a snicker saying "You know when they said I'd have to see a psychiatrist before I'd be allowed to leave I thought you'd ask all these, you know, personal questions. You know, about why I'm here. I'm glad you didn't."

Dr Woychowski smiles as she explains "I read your file in great detail to learn how to best treay you, all that was required beyond the file was to talk with you, and be advised you will need to be changed at the school by Nurse Gwen who will be there." Dr Woychowski has Nurse Gwen call ahead to get the go ahead, and she will work at school at least part time.
