Nurse Gwen sighs in annoyance as she takes Nicole slowly into the bathroom in her office and to her annoyance she has to unlock it again as the door sticks. "You can use the toilet now Nicole, hopefully you will be able to use it at least for bowel movements and sorry for stressing you out."

"It's fine. I'm sorry for getting impatient it just I've really gotta go and I haven't used a toilet in too long!" she laughed as she hurried into the bathroom. However, as she turned and pulled up the skirt to get at the diaper she was surprised to see Gwen enter the bathroom and close the door behind her. Realizing that she was here to tke off the diaper she remembered how in the ward when a patient used the toilet a nurse was required to watch them not only to record the movement but make sure they didn't do anything inappropriate while alone. Evidently this would not change so long as she was under Nurse Gwen's watchful eyes.

Nurse Gwen removes the used diaper, then rolls it up as it tossed in the trash, she washes her hands while you use the toilet, and gives you a patient smile. "I don't have to look while you go as long as you take your time, my job is to wipe you, and rediaper you."

Glad to be free of the squishy diaper and the lump inside it she immediately sat down on the toilet, relieved to no longer have to worry about messing herself on her first day. She had only been allowed to use the toilet once in the mental ward but had seen several other girls follow the procedure by spreading their knees and giving their nurse full view. Not wanting to test Gwen good nature she did as she had seen and was surprised at how nice it felt. Just as the thought had come she felt the long soft log she had been trying to hold in slide right out of her and curl up at the bottom of the bowl before breaking off. The feeling was strange and greatly contrasted her memory of the pushing and grunting which was associated with time on the porcelain throne, all of which she chalked up to the incontinence side effect of the meds. In a way though she liked it, showing off the makings of a childish grin at how proud she was of finally making it to the toilet. Looking down she could not help but feel overjoyed that her poop was not all mashed up between her and the inside of a diaper. "I'm done. I need a wipe." she cooed as she felt what she assumed was the last of it slide out.

Nurse Gwen smiles a bit before responding to Nicole's current statement that she done and needs some assistance. "I think you wait a bit to see if anything comes out Nicole, I will give you another minute, then I will clean you, followed by rediapering you a nice fluffy diaper, and the pills can still cause accidents of both kinds." Gwen now satisfied Nicole is done on toilet including a bit a peeing wipes her thoroughly, then flushes, washes her hands, next she makes sure Nicole washes her hands, followed by setting on the changing table, wiping her, powdering&rash creaming her, feeding Nicole her vitamin, rediapering her, and setting out the lunch.

Slightly annoyed by the way Gwen had her wait like she had nothing better to do Nicole sat with her chin in her hand. She changed her mind though after a little more pee trickled out of her womanhood and into the awaiting water. The lightning speed with which Gwen wiped her front and back and soon had her being diapered on the changing table was impressive and before she knew it she looked good as new and ate her tuna sandwich with Gwen in the nurses office. Looking at how well she handled the kids she wondered why she had not taken up school nurse before this?

Gwen does her best to explain how she will assign her new intern to be there whenever she is not. Her intern will be in home with Nicole though she will do her best to not intefere with Nicole's life but there will be moments of embarrassment. "You will have to get used to my intern who is trained to assist when I am not present and she teach you how to change yourself someday."

"Oh, uh, ok I guess." Nicole said nervously as she finished up her lunch. "Will she be there today? After school I mean." the math teacher inquired, nervous about the idea of someone else finding out about her secret on the first day.

A ninteen year old girl dressed in a purple set of scrubs enters the room to greet Nicole with a smile and a handshake. "Hello there my name is Kamina Evans, I am Gwen's intern who helps her when she is either busy or is done for the day." Kamina smiles a bit nervously as she tries to not be intimidated by the whole situation and sits down with a pile of papers in front of her on the desk.
