Rainbow Notices Scootaloo's look of horror when Lighting dust came around and the story,sure the horror could be fear from Rainbow reprimanding Scootaloo do to the fillies fan complex but after a moment Rainbow dismissed that theory as it was clear by how Scootaloo was acting thats not it,how Scootaloo keep acting around Lighting in a seemingly constant state of fear whenever Rainbow seen the 2 together among other things she noticed.

Not to forget that bullies are unlikily to carry around a pacifier gag,among rumors of Scootaloo's state of being thats truth which has circulated the academy.
