as it says, the big brother is the lil bros guardian after there parent get killed in a car crash, and because of it the lil brother start to regress until he is about four, the big bro takes him to a doctor and finds out the lil brother has lost all bowels and can no longer hold it in, and a mysterious guy pops, that both of them haven't seen in a long time is the older brothers room mate and has fallen for the big brother.
