How long does it usually take to get a new post approved?

I posted my first thread here and it went into the moderation list. Is that normal for new accounts and if so, how many posts do I need for that to not happen (It might make roleplaying difficult.)?

It's the one in Roleplaying Recruitment & Discussion. I mentioned that I don't want any sex or arousal in a section about my likes and dislikes for roleplays (Since the character I'm roleplaying as is 6 and I don't like it too much anyways.). Could that be why it was added to moderation?

Honestly buddy all you really need to do is go into the role play section click on the create a new thread and create the title and sentences and their you go also If you want I would be more then happy to rp with you

But, I already posted an entire thread (And don't want to repost since it would just cause confusion and headache for the admin and users due to the same thing existing twice). I'm just waiting for it to be approved. The moderator for that part of the website hasn't been online for awhile either. Am I allowed to private message the admin directly?

caught your VM and sorted it, for some unknown reason the software occasionally glitches and doesnt send staff notifications of new threads/posts in moderation, thankfully there are things in the works that will hopefully help resolve some of these issues, though we dont have a time frame due to the amount of work thats entailed.

Welcome to Diapered Anime, DiaperedFoxTails. Any new RP thread created by any member always [supposedly] requires approval [ie - Tag(s) added into a new RP thread] by a RP Moderator (See "tags" in the second sentence of Ai's guide -> here). I know that the following is "After the fact" since Stoner already provided a manual workaround for the problem that you were encountering but for the future, if you are encountering any difficulties with having your new RP thread being approved (ie - If the process is taking longer than a day) then You can try PM/VMing Silvertip, one of the RP Moderators for assistance. He last visited this site Yesterday. If Silvertip is not available then you can try PM/VMing one of this site's Global Moderators, LittleLiam117 for approval. LittleLiam117 visits this site on a daily basis. If LittleLiam117 is not available then you can try PM/VMing this site's Admin, Stoner, for approval. Stoner usually doesn't handle administrative tasks. He handles technical issues related to the site and with users (eg. - Username changes) but he definitely visits here daily as well).
